Dear sir. I used to make Chaka varati during Chaka monsoon &keep it fridge. During festival season small amount is taken and made as payasam using coconut milk. Making Chaka varati is a long &traditional methods. But I love that. Thank you sir. 🙏🙏🙏
Authentic. In Kerala, they also prepare chakka varatti, the fruit is cooked with jaggery and made into a thick paste which can be used whenever we prepare this paysam out of season.

In kerala they luv pradhamans with a natural flavour and taste. So they don't add cardomom, cashew etc. Only fried coconut pieces. This was how the pradhamans was taught to way back. I am now 79 years old No added flavours. These have been included in recent years I think
