Shame they didnt let him say the original line "They're fucking with the wrong people". One carefully placed swearword would have been badass from Rick.
Loved the behind the scenes on it. Someone had randomly asked him if he wanted beef or chicken. Andrew thought it was about lunch, so he said chicken. When he bit the other guy's throat for the gag, they had used raw chicken for the viscera in the prosthetic. Always worth a giggle when I see that scene.
I think that is where it peaked I was so invested seasons 1-5 and season 6 is where it started to decline in quality in my opinion. Each season has had its good moments but nothing comes close to the terminus slaughter
They were sooo fucking arrogant man. When Rick, Abraham and Sasha started hacking away...ooohhh so satisfying. Garrith begging for his life, makes my toes tingle.
😂 I love when Negan starts getting exhausted of trying not to get killed by someone and voices his frustrations. He's done it with Maggie in TWD Dead City.
The Ricktatorship was his best moment. The tone of the show changed forever. You could see the fear on the others’ faces when he said they were welcome to leave if they didn’t like his new supreme edict. At the same time you could see the resignation in their faces as well as it dawned on them that they were far better off ruled by Rick than not. Well acted scene.
"He bites Joe..." If by that, you mean, "Rick Murders Joe by chomping onto his throat and then tears it right off in a bloody mess!"... then yes, yes he did bite Joe. 👌
I just made a comment, about the same scene! I thought for certain, it would have made the list! At the very least, it should’ve been an Honorable Mention! 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Kelly Kountouris I’m definitely a die-hard fan, too! I’ve been watching since the very, first episode and I’ll continue watching until the very end! And, I’ll never miss an episode, either! Probably, a lot like you seem to be!
After Carl is shot in the eye and Rick goes "beast mode" on the entire herd of walkers and inspires the rest of the survivors to join him and they completely wipe out that herd! Legendary!!
And to think these are some of Rick's most memorable moments throughout the TWD series, in fact some of these moments are why he was one of my favorite characters!!!
Rick’s police training definitely showed here He recognized very quickly that Tony was looking to Dave for signals on what to do indicating that they have a system in place and have done this little game before When Tony walks over to take a piss That was clearly getting himself into a strategical position Then Dave also got up and positioned himself directly on the other side of Rick putting him directly between the 2 At that moment Rick went into prepared mode and was ready to draw at a split seconds notice Tony and Dave had sized up the 3 of them and assessed Rick as the only real threat they knew if they took him out the other 2 would not put up a fight But again Rick saw that and stayed ready even after Dave tried to lure him into a false sense of security by putting his gun on the bar When he lunged for it Rick fired a shot before Dave was even able to raise the gun Then just as impressively was able to be calm and cool enough to keep in the back of his head exactly where the other guy was to turn completely around and shoot him multiple times before he could even react to his friend being taken out. Absolute moment of badassery from Rick Now Hershel has a reason to let Rick stay He made it clear that he can read people and situations with deadly accuracy and that he will help keep Hershel’s family safe from the threat that is just as dangerous if not more so than walkers.
This is why this show just isn't the same without him. Watching him battle his emotions between doing the right thing versus what he wants to do in the moment. And often times picking the wrong choice. It was amazing. Nobody else does beast mode like Rick.
Agreed, biting Joe was Rick doing what he needed to do. But they had Gareth and crew captured and could've just shot them all, "but I made you a promise" I remember my jaw both dropping and grinning at the same time, when the light shined over the red handle.
I’m gonna say it if no one else will Ricks most savage moment for me was when he fully embraced his dark side and took out Shane while he was aware of his best friend trying to kill him. Also his plan to take over the prison showed us just how smart and dangerous he would be in the future
The only thing I can say about him taking out the prisoners, well the two prisoners, was that he did not personally kill Andrew. I understand that he thought the walkers would kill him; I thought so too, but ultimately, not killing Randall it allow him to be responsible for killing T dog and Lori.😮
Gareth begging for his life and saying they can all walk away but Rick only responding “but you’d do this to anyone right? Plus… I made you a promise.” Is a BONE CHILLING moment in the show for me.
Rick biting joe is a tie for my favorite moment. The other is when the Terminus people lock them in the storage container. Rick turns to everyone and says "they're going to feel reeeal stupid when they find out" Abraham says "find out what?' Rick snswers "that they are fuckin w the wrong ppl". Classic
Why the hell isn’t Andrew Lincoln in more movies? John Bernthals whole career skyrocketed after this show and Andrew Lincoln has been mad low key. I wanna see this man swing a light saber.
because Jon died in season 2 and thus had more time and possibilities to skyrocket and get into other movies while Rick was on this show for 9 seasons continuesly? makes sense, doesn't it?

He was about to watch his child be raped in front of him, and knowing he was a sheriff, he had probably seen child sexual assault victims before. He probably knew the pain Carl would’ve felt if he didn’t do exactly what was necessary. If I was in that position, I’d 100% do the same exact thing to save my child.

They're so uninteresting that I didn't even know their names for as long as they've been spoon fed to us. After the most recent episode, I couldn't help but learn that the deaf girl is named Connie. "Besides I already made you a Promise" - Goosebumps overloaded scene, and after Rick gone the rest of the episodes are just spin off of The Walking dead. I wanted Rick to be back 😭😭
Rick understood that you can't live peacefully or safely alongside those who want you dead. And that sometimes the only way to keep the bad people from coming for you is that you either kill them, or they need to be too scared of you and what you will do if they come up against you and lose.
I’m at number 10 but your asked my favorite rick grimes moment. Alexandria gets overrun by walkers, and so Rick and Carl and his new girlfriend who he killed her husband and her son cover themselves in guts. Her son panics and gets bit and she’s getting bit as she screams and she grabs Carl. Then Rick chops her arm off. So primal. I loved it. Rick is just lucky he never came across a Jon Jones, and everyone pretends as if Rick isn’t the biggest villain in the walking dead.
The timing of this is great, I’m now just re-watching all the walking dead to prepare myself for the final season and I almost totally forgot why Rick Grimes is my favorite character in the show
How did him killing Shane not make the list? In many ways that was his most beast scene of the series. He knew what Shane was doing, played his game for a while, then said f this and killed his BEST FRIEND! His grief, anger, love, and hatred afterward was expertly done.
@@blackwingdragonmasta yes he is😂 He’s known for being one of the best characters ever made, in both the comics and tv. Plus he is/was literally the main fucking character of the show.
My favorite moment is the entirety of season 5 episode 10 due to the fact that Rick shows true mental stability and will power. He travels an insane distance with his son and infant daughter just to seek a better chance in a broken world. The acting from Andrew Lincoln is very underrated and I hope that we see more major roles from him in future cinema
They missed the best part of the Pete fight. When Rick throws a bloody dead walker at everyone's feet, look at the crowd, face all covered in blood and goes "what? 🤷♂️"
@@PsychotiX1022 Zeus's! Was all the same scene..rick and the zombie happened after the fight with Pete when they were deciding what to do with Rick. That's when Pete showed up with michonnes sword. I don't confuse anything when it comes to the walking dead
No, no, they’re right. Those are two different scenes, the “what” part actually happened at Hilltop when he killed the guy that tried to take out Gregory. He was covered in blood in both scenes though, one was just walker and the other was human. When Rick comes in with the walker, he throws it down and says “There wasn’t a guard on the gate”.
@@abby_weso1024 maybe!😁 I could have sworn he said what in that scene...just before he asked "how many of you do I have to kill before you understand?"..maye I added the what in my head, I do that some times 🤪
Man I miss rick grimes! There are so many episodes its hard to remember all of the EXCEPTIONAL moments and themes in the show. This video is a great brush-up.
SPOILER RELATED WARNING. Agreed I don't know if it will happen but if he returns near the end damn the shock factor for that to though I think the nation would go crazy the reactions would be impressive unless they had leaked info heres to hopeing
The Alexandria horde scene is my favorite scene in that whole series. I however contend that he did not go out there to make a stand or inspire the town. He went out there to die. His world was falling apart around, for all he knew his son was dead, the horde was everywhere, the group splintered. He went out to die and they saved him. They made him see there was reason to live, reason to fight, that he wasn't alone.
Rick is one of the greatest characters in history Andrew is such an amazing versatile actor he really brought great performances on this show and everything else he has done can’t wait till they do the movies about Rick
When you see Andrew Lincoln in Withering Heights and Love Actually you're amazed at his acting skills. I mean he is British!!!!! His Southern American accent is so well done.
Definitely my #1 too. I was worried. By the time you got to the #2 spot I thought the most savage Rick scene ever might be glossed over entirely! Good job!
the scene with rick biting joes throat is by far the best choice for number one and some phenomenal acting, the way it’s written in the comics is flawless too tho, we get the scene with carl telling rick that he was glad he did what he did
Mike 91MDK, Andrew Lincoln did a great job with the Michael Myers head tilt there ! , in fact he became Michael Myers for that scene. Andrew could be an awesome Michael Myers .
My favourite part of Rick Grimes is all of them, I love this dude. I dream about this dude......no, seriously. the walking dead is nothing without this guy. ❤️
Ricks amazing Acting 😍 is what got me hooked onto this show in 2016 & the binge watching began 🤭 Couldn't believe it had came out in 2010 🤦🏻♀️ Can't wait til he makes his appearance again 🤞🏻🙏🏻
While the show definitely hasn’t been the same without him, you can only expect him to kick some ass in his new movie that should be coming out soon. Can’t fucking wait! Rick fan for life

Dom would be proud of how much Rick took family serious
When trapped in a container at terminus “their fucking with the wrong people”
The timing of this is great, I’m now just re-watching all the walking dead to prepare myself for the final season and I almost totally forgot why Rick Grimes is my favorite character in the show
Let's not forget the two guys in the bar, who Rick executed to protect the farm. For me, that was the pivotal moment when Rick's character evolved.
How did him killing Shane not make the list? In many ways that was his most beast scene of the series. He knew what Shane was doing, played his game for a while, then said f this and killed his BEST FRIEND! His grief, anger, love, and hatred afterward was expertly done.
I don’t care what y’all say: Rick Grimes is the most popular character in TWD and my favorite character. Period. 😎❤️👌🏿
But he's not the most popular lol Daryl is.
@@blackwingdragonmasta frrr
@@blackwingdragonmasta yes he is😂 He’s known for being one of the best characters ever made, in both the comics and tv. Plus he is/was literally the main fucking character of the show.
Shane was my favorite till he died
@@tqvelocity6677 daryl isn't there in the comics
My favorite moment is the entirety of season 5 episode 10 due to the fact that Rick shows true mental stability and will power. He travels an insane distance with his son and infant daughter just to seek a better chance in a broken world. The acting from Andrew Lincoln is very underrated and I hope that we see more major roles from him in future cinema
They missed the best part of the Pete fight. When Rick throws a bloody dead walker at everyone's feet, look at the crowd, face all covered in blood and goes "what? 🤷♂️"
You’re confusing two different things.
That noise when Rick pulls out his hatchet was badass
Man I miss rick grimes! There are so many episodes its hard to remember all of the EXCEPTIONAL moments and themes in the show. This video is a great brush-up.
Rick Grimes is one of the most badass characters ever
I miss Rick, but I still like the show.
Season 8 is the only season that I hated.
Me too
Yep! Can’t wait for the new episode releasing in 2 hours!
SPOILER RELATED WARNING.
Agreed I don't know if it will happen but if he returns near the end damn the shock factor for that to though I think the nation would go crazy the reactions would be impressive unless they had leaked info heres to hopeing
I haven't seen the series since season 4 did he died?
@@aubreyharper4829 no
Rick has to come back for the final episode of TWD he is the one who started this journey and do justice by finishing it
I agree with you
"They don't get to live" Best comment of the whole show! So satisfying when he finally got his revange!
Rick Grimes is the greatest leader of all time in my opinion. During a zombie apocalypse, I'd definitely follow his lead
yes he is the best leader that i ever seen in anything he is amazing
TRUE THE KEY TO SURVIVAL IS RICK GRIMESSSSSSS LOVE HIMMMMMMMMMMM
Man...Andrew desrves many awards for playing Rick grimes soooo good
The "we can beat 'em" for some reason always gave me goosebumps. Dude full on went Paul Bunyan on the horde.
When you see Andrew Lincoln in Withering Heights and Love Actually you're amazed at his acting skills. I mean he is British!!!!! His Southern American accent is so well done.
Who remember that one time where Rick bit a walker and turned it back into a healthy human LOL 😂
OH so we gonna start Rickisms like we do with Chuck Norris jokes? I'm in LOL
@@Darkhuntersrule Hehehe 😄😄😁
that time when rick was called out by a Tank and he only had a revolver and won !
Pepperidge Farms remembers
the time Rick turned a pair of vicious attack cats on their cruel owner with just a look
Favorite Rick moment is when he tears into that man's neck with his teeth.
That’s my favourite Rick moment too. That’s when I realized that Rick really isn’t that guy to fuck with.
Same along with his speech at the end of s2
I really miss Rick, they need to bring him back for the last season!
Definitely my #1 too. I was worried. By the time you got to the #2 spot I thought the most savage Rick scene ever might be glossed over entirely!
Good job!
Rick grimes is my all time favorite tv show character. He deserved many EMMY awards for his acting talent.
Andrew Lincoln is my favourite actor. This man is so underrated. Rick is a beast.
Even though Darryl's my favorite character, Rick is a close second. Underrated actor and the show doesn't feel the same without him around.
In both mediums, one of the most hard-core things Rick Grimes ever does is bite a guys neck out (twice in the comics)
That shit was so savage! Lol
It was even more brutal the second time
Rick “bite” Joe, he ripped his throat off with his teeth, thats a big difference!
Rick when he got carl to safety after carl lost his eye. The clinge sound of his hatchet as he walks out the door. My all time favorite moment
My favorite was when Rick told Negan when he was tied up “You’re all already dead”
Andrew Lincoln is an underrated actor
He’s beyond underrated, he even pulled off a very convincing southern American accent. He definitely needs more recognition and appreciation.
I know it wasn't very often, but my favorite Rick moments were any encounter he had with Negan where he had the upper hand.
the scene with rick biting joes throat is by far the best choice for number one and some phenomenal acting, the way it’s written in the comics is flawless too tho, we get the scene with carl telling rick that he was glad he did what he did
The show really ended after Andrew left. Hopefully we get those Rick Grimes movies we were promised soon.
Rick is the walking dead and the soul of the show.
Hacking up that damn cannibal was prob my favorite moment of his. Gareth begs, but rick gives that michael meyers head tilt lol. Game over
Mike 91MDK, Andrew Lincoln did a great job with the Michael Myers head tilt there ! , in fact he became Michael Myers for that scene. Andrew could be an awesome Michael Myers .
The moment where Rick breaks down after knowing Lori dies is just my favourite... Andrew's acting is so good.
This is my favorite TV show, I'm so happy you made this
I love Rick he is a GOAT who else likes him?
Everyone except the bad guys. 😁
Rick fan for life
You could probably make a list of 100 times Rick Grimes went beast mode.
"beware of spoilers"
*proceeds to show the biggest spoiler for rick in this show*
thats why they gave the spoiler alert... duhh
when rick kills an entire town of walkers because carl was hurt, is the best scene of a show EVER.
