I've just bought a 3 bed, 3 bath new build for 199k. It's 1100 sqr foot... This is nice layout for a new build but unless the location is incredibly desirable (or in London) this is massively overpriced per square foot.
Good job, as usual Tumi and Brian! The house feels rather tight for £350k though but I guess that's the market inflation has created 😩
