Thanks Tumi. I like the double exits/entrances in the back garden, and this particular plot isn’t overlooked. Dual aspect windows are great too. Things that I didn’t like are the safety bars on the upstairs windows. I’ve owned a house for 45 years, and managed not to fall out of a window yet. 🤣 Some decor isn’t very appealing to me; large patterned wallpaper in the hall brings the walls in, and the kitchen units are on the dark side. Suggestion to have a peninsula unit between kitchen and dining table. In conclusion, it’s a nice house with a lot of good architectural features.
I'm shocked at how small the interior is! Just one room and a kitchen downstairs it looked big from the outside.
That's the issue with most new builds, unfortunately. Everything is crammed and you're paying a fortune for the mortgage
Wonderful tour and beautifully decorated house ❤❤❤
What are those two black squares at the front of the house, each side of the door?
Utilities either Gas Water or Electric meters
Primary bedroom is a bit small. And so is the twin bedroom, not much walking room.
How much installment per month?
Where is this place
I dont like how much wall space is taken up by radiators
Location please
Higham on the Hill, Leicestershire.
The first thing on the video.
