Do you have to wait for the sealant to dry/cure before dilling it up?

It should be stated on the gasket sealant how long to let it set up. I believe it was only a couple of minutes.

At what mileage was this done at? I'm going to do this service on my Mazda 6 @ 50k miles. Would the Mazda dealership do this service or not, they claim the fluid is "lifetime" which we all know isn't true
