- My attempt at recreating the introduction to the A Day at the Races (1976) album. This includes the guitar-orchestrated theme from the song “White Man” which appears later on said album, followed by what Brian May considered his audio equivalent of the impossible Penrose steps, as depicted in M.C. Escher’s famous “never-ending staircase” which also closes the album.
That’s a LOT of guitars at the end! 😮
It sure was. I think the actual total was something ridiculous but I’d have to look at the multitracks. Maybe 26? I get carried away sometimes!
