lol just watched her newest video today that covered, among others, new A&F event dresses. It was a good one! And totally unexpected move from A&F but I think they nailed it with this drop!☺️👍😍
Those fake bouquets are great as a throw bouquet. Who ever catches it can keep it and the bride can take flowers from her real bouquet to press and save.
The third option for dance lights; my sister had those and they were so fun!! If people get wild it's foam so it doesn't hurt people. The lights are pretty and at least hers had modes and color options. Yes, not aesthetic but they were fun.
The gold light tassels to me look like sparklers--only safer. Also the ONE thing you justify cost for is GOOD wedding Photography. That is as much or equally important as “THE” dress
I had faux flowers for my bouquet toss (my actual bouquet was placed on my dad's grave) they looked pretty good, so much so that the recipient told me a month later that none of them had died yet (she thought they were real and had them in a vase of water) 😂
That bouquet would be great to toss! When my son got married, the bride and I got together and made all of the flowers ourselves. Then for the table decor, we enlisted the help of the bridesmaids (and wine) and had a very fun & memorable evening. I don't know how things are in Canada, but we utilized every Joanne's/Michaels/Hobby Lobby coupon that we could get our hands on for the flowers, even grabbed a few from Dollar Tree (they didn't look cheap) it was a gorgeous wedding on a budget.
I did wooden flowers for my wedding and did basically the same thing. They came out beautifully, and I love that I got to keep my bouquet without having to pay an insane amount to have it preserved.
I got a Miss to Mrs box gifted to me when I got engaged. The items are cheap and most I won’t use. The first box was the best but the boxes after just don’t do it for me. I think it’s definitely not worth it. 😢 they all go to the donate bin immediately. I also am much further in the planning process than the box is with planning too lol.
I've never gotten that box, but just by looking at it from this video, all I could say in my head was that all those items could be found at the Dollar Tree lol. Maybe only excluding the candle, which seemed nice. They said it was around $30 USD but less than $10 at the dollar store. 😂🤷♀️
I have had many coordinators tell me to order flowers from grocery stores (Publix) and they will place a special order for you specifically at a much lower cost as they sell them to you for their store cost.
We used sparklers for when they left it was sooo pretty! Everyone held them up as they walked through. It was a night wedding. Planning wedding is soooo fun and the light from the sparklers made for gorgeous pictures!
I had the greenery garland across all of my tables for my wedding. I tried getting so many faux ones but found they were all expensive and looked cheap… I ended up getting real ones from Costco. They were absolutely stunning. Costco florals are everything for saving money for a wedding.
I love Azazie for bridesmaids dresses. Ships quickly, tons of style and color options and you can get color samples and sample dresses. My bridesmaids dress was backless and they will do custom measurements FOR FREE. It was wonderful! I'm large chested and I went braless for the wedding and was comfortable and supported because it was a perfect fit. Good for Canadian ladies
Oh my god!! Please do more wedding themed videos!! Love these types of videos because not many people do them and shein/temu are so affordable for wedding stuff
For your shoes - would highly recommend Pashion Footwear Bridal line. They have some STUNNING bridal shoes and you can change the heel height!! Congratulations overall, Dibs!
YESSS. Thank you for doing this edition. As someone just starting out the process, I've seen a lot of these products but wasn't sure if they were worth it!
I genuinely love the rapport and banter between the two of you ladies ♥️ you both provide just the right amount of differing viewpoints to more aptly cover the array of an average audience…while somehow managing to perfectly balance the commentary, without foreign inside jokes or mystery references that can be irritating when employed in videos coming from other typically-solo channels. Love it! 10 gold stars ⭐️😉😘
I'm 5ft8 and my husband is 5ft10/11 I was struggling to find a wedding shoe. I actually found it on depop 2nd hand, perfect condition, brand new. It was for a wedding rehearsal and never worn, so don't miss out on 2nd hand shoes that you can then dress up or DIY. I found clip on sparkly folliage things, beautiful description I know, and they made the shoe fit my theme and a little more dressed up.
Had the same issues with my shoes! I ended up finding some kitten heels and getting some pearl shoe clips! Very cute and provides you with some more options 😊
I did garland table runners for every table. You really have to fluff them and manipulate them, and some of them look cheaper than others but the end result for me anyway was beautiful. I did lace runners with garland greenery all the way down the tables, with battery operated candles of different sizes tucked inside. Also did 4" potted plants as wedding favors that doubled as table decor so i had some real plants too. It was so magical.
You could turn those into curtains so quickly. If you don't want to sew by hand get some fabric adhesive (or for tule you could use super glue or any glue) fold it over a inch or two - just big enough to fit over the tension rod- and glue the edge so it forms a pocket big enough for the rod to fit through. Or fold it over the tension rod and glue the edge then it's already on there just be careful you don't actually glue it to the rod. You could also just pin them if you don't want to glue and it has the same effect or use metal shower curtain rings and use those you'd just have little holes on the top of the tule but it wouldn't be noticeable. There's always a way :)
First off congrats on your engagement!!! Hot take on the fake flowers 🤪 When I got married I only used fake flowers bc it was so much cheaper and I loved it because I got to keep them after and they still look just as good! I also did no seating chart for anything and honestly think it’s the move bc brides stress so much about it and it’s not that serious! (Granted our wedding had like 40 guests but still!)
Omg I think rach has found her perfect co host ....not to do podcasts but for this kind of content she is literally giving us two opinions for one video in the same time frame honestly it works and I hope it continues to be a thing on her channel more often they bounce well off each other Rach with her years of experience and her sis as a breath of fresh air to the space...chefs kiss
Skip the blinking lights and go with the gold streamers, they are more elegant. Blinking lights bring on seizures for those of us with epilepsy. Fun video to watch.
The first bachelorette outfit with the bow, veil and shoes is absolutely stunning 😍 The pink dress looks stunning on Rachel 😍 Definitely not the exact same colour as the website but still similar
The foam lights are awesome! We have used them at multiple parties, and they last forever! Plus they have multiple modes, and if the lights fall out (which my 3 year old is a little rough on it) your just pop them back in like nothing happened. Another great thing is that they aren't going to stab anyone!
Those those optic and sparkles light would be amazing for a long exposure shot, using light painting with your wedding group at night a heart or everyone can make a letter together, the possibilities are endless, Ooo I love light painting this is a banger wish I knew about these, I need to see if it works, I have Soo many ideas, they look like sparklers with out fire and it's actually genius idea
I was a DIY bride 100%. I made my cupcake plates from dollar tree, a cake plate, a candle holder, and a charger plate. I made 5 of them for $15. And, my mom and I made all of my florals from michals and hobby lobby, for probably less than $200. My shoes, I found cute slip on vans type shoes (can't wear heels) and I put rhinestones and lace on them.
My coworker had those pool noodle glow sticks at her wedding and it was SO MUCH FUN! I’d never seen it before, and we had a blast with them. They had them in a big basket by the DJ table and handed them out once the party started really turning up. Plus I took them home and my kids loved playing with them. Of the 3, highly recommend those ones!
I got the Miss to Mrs box (monthly) for 8 months I think. It was such a nice like "hey, remember to have fun, you are getting married!!!!" thing to get for myself. It can be spendy for if you are budgeting for a wedding, but treat yo'self!! I used Sola Wood Flowers (and made hoop bouquets for me and my bridal party). I am using the hoops/flowers as home decor now! What a fun episode this was this week!!
I know I'm very late, but if Dibs hasn't found shoes yet may I suggest checking out ballroom dance shoes? I used them for my wedding and they were fantastic! So many different styles to choose from, from plain and simple to lots of detailing. And I could customise the height of my heel (I'm nearly the same height as my husband so needed a baby heel, and I could go as low as a 1.5 inch heel). They were surprisingly affordable and super comfortable too. Highly recommend looking into them!
It's probably too late now, but depending on when the wedding is, I can't recommend BaliELF enough for wedding shoes! They do a variety of heel heights and make all of the shoes to order. I didn't take mine off until the last song of the night when I wanted to be barefoot to line dance. The 5 cm heel was perfect for me and might be short enough for what Caroline needs!
Hi! 5’8” here and getting married in May. I’m wearing the Betsey Johnson Mari heel in pearl, it’s a low heel and I love them! Also, I’ve been watching since 2017 and this is my first comment 😅 👋
Mind you my daughter picked out the most expensive dress in the entire place and it is floor length but she bought herself rhinestone studded cowboy boots to wear under the dress. I wasn’t sure about it but they’re actually quite beautiful.
I know this was from 2 weeks ago, but my step-mom got silk flowers for my wedding and made my bouquet with it. I wanted cala lilies and they would have cost so much money. I wasn't interested in spending thousands on flowers. It looked so real and I got to keep it without worrying it would die lol. It was worth it.
I’m also getting married this year and have loved the miss to Mrs subscription box!! I hope Dibs loves the future boxes as much as I have!! I completely agree with how amazing the candle is! I just got it a few days ago and am OBSESSED with it.
Revelry has excellent gowns. My M o B gown was lightweight satin with long sleeves and a cross over bodice. My daughter's wedding was extremely formal, and the bridesmaids and M o G gowns all came from Revelry. Easy to tailor, took about a week. For tall girls as well, as I had six inches to spare.
If you have the urge to come to the DFW area before the wedding I have loads of things you can borrow for a formal wedding. Bonus, you can go see Tati, she lives in Burleson which is in the same city my parents live in. It’s about 30 minutes from my house.
We had the tube lights (the 3rd ones you showed) at my sister’s wedding and people went bananas for them. The DJ handed them out when everyone was on the dance floor and everyone had so much fun sword fighting with them. Highly recommend!
i love this series!!!! give me all the wedding inspiration! you guys should try Azazie for bridesmaid dresses (i think they have really inexpensive wedding dresses as well).
The light things with the gold streamers hanging off of it kind of look like sparklers when you had them lit up dancing around with them. Maybe a “safer” version of sparklers for kids too.
Can I just say this was the most perfect video at the perfect time!!! I’m one year out from our wedding and doing ALL the pearls!!! Is Dibs doing Pearl as well???? I can’t wait to see more of her wedding!!!
would love to see you two review Azazie - everything wedding clothing, from Brides, to flower girls, to groomsmen, to moms, to guests, etc.! You can even request try on! If you go to their shop by color page you can chose the color the bride wants and see all the dresses that come in that color
I don't know where you live in Canada, but if you are close to the border, you could pick a hotel in the US close to the border. Many of the hotels will let you have stuff delivered there and picked up when you check in.
Lulus has amazing wedding items for the bride, bridesmaids and guests. Quality is amazing. I believe they even added a Bach section. When they put on a sale honey they put on a sale. My mom bought the dress I hope she wears to my wedding for 25 bucks and it is a gorgeous emerald velvet floor length dress with sweetheart neckline and slit. OBSESSED my maids dresses will be coming from there fosho
I think I would put the garland under the toule thing (that you thought were going to be curtains) and then add the florals, candles whatever decorations on top of the toule. 💁🏻♀️
My sister had those light stick (those who look like pool noodle...) but she had them personalised with her wedding logo and date... A lot of fun with those on the dace floor!
That bridesmaid dress is absolutely gorgeous! I personally wouldn’t do pink but that is just my taste. I got married in 1998 and that dress looks exactly like my bridesmaid dresses except I did grey (a very pretty grey of course 😊)
Those big light wands, the third ones, remind me of some Reputation Stadium Tour merch. Taylor had one of those but it was black and white with snakes on it. Also I love this is a wedding video with Dibs!
We're still years out from a wedding but I have been putting 2gether a pinterest board & binder to make things easier later & the problem I've been having is I'm not a girly girl. I hate pink & not fond of lace & pearls either. I have found a few gorgeous black wedding dresses but everyone keeps telling me I cant do that & how ill regret it if I do 😵💫
I used the foam glow lights at my wedding and we hid them behind the dj stand! Then when people got up to dance he would throw them out to people. So fun!
The way I gasped when I saw the dress with the bow and the pearl veil!!! So pretty
Yeeees!!!! The bow, the pearls, the flounce💕the shoes!!🎉
Abercrombie & Fitch just came out with a wedding line for like guest dresses, minimalist wedding dresses, etc. You guys should test out some of those!
Yes! Came to comment this! ❤
Yes!
lol just watched her newest video today that covered, among others, new A&F event dresses. It was a good one! And totally unexpected move from A&F but I think they nailed it with this drop!☺️👍😍
That pink dress is absolutely stunning on you Rach!
I totally gasped when she walked out in it! It fit perfectly and the color looked so nice on her!
I love how excited you are for your sister in law. Your relationship with all the girls in your family just warms my heeart so muuch!
Those fake bouquets are great as a throw bouquet. Who ever catches it can keep it and the bride can take flowers from her real bouquet to press and save.

The minidress with the veil is TOO cute. 🎀
Congratulations! Wishing you all the best. I've been married for 32 years and every day I am thankful for my husband.
I had faux flowers for my bouquet toss (my actual bouquet was placed on my dad's grave) they looked pretty good, so much so that the recipient told me a month later that none of them had died yet (she thought they were real and had them in a vase of water) 😂
😂😂😂😂
Where did the faux bouquet flowers come from?
That bouquet would be great to toss!
When my son got married, the bride and I got together and made all of the flowers ourselves. You can use white colored velcro to fold "curtains" over the rod and turn them into curtains
I got a Miss to Mrs box gifted to me when I got engaged. The items are cheap and most I won’t use. The first box was the best but the boxes after just don’t do it for me. I think it’s definitely not worth it. 😢 they all go to the donate bin immediately.

Own a wedding venue and a wedding photographer here…find a wholesaler for your florals much cheaper especially for eucalyptus 🤘
Shame I couldn't just send the huge gum Branch that fell on our fence last week lol
How do you find one?
Do the wholesalers also do arrangements or just sell the flowers and greenery in bulk?
@@AmbrosiaR just search floral wholesaler near your location. Some do arrangements it just would cost more
I have had many coordinators tell me to order flowers from grocery stores (Publix) and they will place a special order for you specifically at a much lower cost as they sell them to you for their store cost.
Dibs in the bachelorette dresses left me gagged!!! She's so stunning ❤🤩
We used sparklers for when they left it was sooo pretty! Everyone held them up as they walked through. It was a night wedding. Planning wedding is soooo fun and the light from the sparklers made for gorgeous pictures!
i was always curious about those... like wouldnt they be a fire hazard like if your veil or hair got caught?
My friends did the sparklers and the little tassels and my husband and I did bubbles and all came out with cool pictures :)
I did sparklers too and it was so cool
Badgley Mischka makes beautiful flat and low wedding shoes with pearls, including the ones I wore to my wedding
It’s crazy how much wedding cost and what couples are being heavily pressured to do , it’s sad , and the amount of debt that’s being accrued .
I had the greenery garland across all of my tables for my wedding. I tried getting so many faux ones but found they were all expensive and looked cheap… I ended up getting real ones from Costco. They were absolutely stunning. Costco florals are everything for saving money for a wedding.
The gold tassel lights are perfect for their walkout! Have wedding party hold them on both sides ( tunnel style) when bride and groom walk thrpugh!
The fact you released this while I’m planning a wedding. 🎉🎉 been watching for years. Hooray. Thanks Rach 🥰🥰
I love Azazie for bridesmaids dresses. Ships quickly, tons of style and color options and you can get color samples and sample dresses. Imagine being Rachel's sister in law 💙 I love the relationship you two have!!!
Oh my god!! Please do more wedding themed videos!! Love these types of videos because not many people do them and shein/temu are so affordable for wedding stuff
I got a faux bouquet for the toss so I could keep my bouquet pristine and save it.

I like the idea of using a cheap bouquet for the toss if you plan on doing one. This way you can preserve your bouquet for yourself.
Yes! My friend got expensive dried flowers and tossed hers off a balcony and her drunk new sister in law absolutely crushed them 😅
I’m so happy for dibs!!! But the both of you look so amazing in those dresses! Can’t wait for Saturdays vid!
Pashion shoes have a pearl bridal heel AND you can change out the heels to different lengths and mix and March the heels with other shoes.

Loved the moment at 21:23 when you turned into Alexis from Schitt's Creek for a bit 😂
First off congrats on your engagement!!!

Loving the Benny Benassi 😂CONGRATS DIBS 💖
I absolutely love the white bow dress outfit for her Hen party 🥰🥰
Skip the blinking lights and go with the gold streamers, they are more elegant. Blinking lights bring on seizures for those of us with epilepsy. Fun video to watch.
Bubble skirts are back?! Wore one to a formal in 1987 ❤😂 Love it!
Dibs’ hair is so prettyyyyyy in this video!!!
For shoes look at Betsy Johnson’s bridal line she does LOTS of pearls and bows and they are STUNNING and some are flats or short heels!
That short white dress with the bow looks stunning on Dibs. ❤
The first bachelorette outfit with the bow, veil and shoes is absolutely stunning 😍
The pink dress looks stunning on Rachel 😍 Definitely not the exact same colour as the website but still similar
Rachel we NEED more wedding inspired videos please!!!!!!
The foam lights are awesome! We have used them at multiple parties, and they last forever! Plus they have multiple modes, and if the lights fall out (which my 3 year old is a little rough on it) your just pop them back in like nothing happened. Another great thing is that they aren't going to stab anyone!
The Bow Dress is BEAUTIFUL OMG she look stunning especially with the veil !!!!🤩🤩🤩
The sheer white piece would look pretty on the cake table. Love the first shoes!
Please do some more of these! I'm renewing my vows later this year!
I LOVED that pink dress on you!
I find those stone rollers really good when I have headaches and/or jaw muscle pain. The coolness of the stone is very soothing
The pink dress is stunning on you
I was a DIY bride 100%.
That was such a fun episode!! Way past wedding over here but also very excited for those ideas for other events/parties.
I got my wedding bouquet as well as the bridesmaids bouquets on Etsy and they were absolutely beautiful and such a great keepsake!
That bow dress is so cute! I definitely would wear it.
Mind you my daughter picked out the most expensive dress in the entire place and it is floor length but she bought herself rhinestone studded cowboy boots to wear under the dress. I wasn’t sure about it but they’re actually quite beautiful.
The multicolor foam stick lights we had at 2 different weddings and they're so FUN!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🎉🎉
Loved this video! Congrats to your sister!

DIBS!! I got Pearl Vans for my wedding since fiancée and I are the same height. They are so flippen cute and I will be comfortable ALL day!
I had those foam glow sticks at my wedding last year and they were a HIT! Everybody loved them adults and kids alike, totally recommend!!
The headband is super cute also I had a headband as my veil, with the tulle of course, because I always wore headbands growing up
I used Lings moment for my florals. They are artificial but look extremely good and I still use them around the house to this day.
the white sparkly dress *gasp* to die for!
i love this series!!!! give me all the wedding inspiration! you guys should try Azazie for bridesmaid dresses (i think they have really inexpensive wedding dresses as well).
My cousin had those light rods at her wedding and they were so fun! We had them on the dance floor and everyone loved them
Pls Stop buying from shitty Shein. It's horrible and allegedly childlabour.
The hanger... Funny, I used to make hangers like that when I was a kid
I loved my Miss to Mrs. subscription Boxes! Great purchase!
The light things with the gold streamers hanging off of it kind of look like sparklers when you had them lit up dancing around with them. Maybe a “safer” version of sparklers for kids too.
Good morning at 6am from New Zealand. Thanks for all of the smiles over the years beautiful lady. Please never stop ❤❤❤❤

Would love to hear what you both think about them.

26:58 that pearl hanger would be stunning for the picture of the dress hanging up on the day
My sister had those light stick (those who look like pool noodle...) but she had them personalised with her wedding logo and date... A lot of fun with those on the dace floor!
BellaBelle shoes for wedding shoes! They are expensive but have some beautiful options.
Off topic slightly, but I need to know DIbbs' makeup routine. She is always just so flawless and beautiful.
Sola Wood Flowers!!!! Absolutely beautiful and way cheaper than real flowers. I love mine and have them in a vase in our home!!!
So fun!
Omg that mini dress! Looks so cute!
