I've been to the gym everyday sometimes twice a day all week because of him
Because of Goggins I've been exercising consistently for the first time in my life. Lifting weights 3-4 times a week, eating healthy and completely stopped drinking alcohol. I'm now working on my TH-cam addiction (reducing it to 30 mins a day). Stay Strong everyone!

At one point, after everything played out, I was having to work while my body was experiencing a terrible panic attack. And I have a physically demanding job I make mufflers for Hyundai
Mentally I was prepared but it got to the point to where I was like “ok I can do one more before I completely just fall out” and continued to do so until the job was complete
