Yo shout out to David Goggins. I'm proudly living that life right now. Always making progress each day because if we're not growing we are dying. Rucking right now on a Sunday morning after church because I want to. Discipline equals freedom. Thanks Goggins for being a beast and an example.

Lying half dead freezing to death alone in the woods unable to move I truly realized no one was coming 5 and 1/2 years later still grinding almost fully recovered
Yo man, what happened ?
I feel 25 feet alone in the frozen woods. Shattered hip shattered pelvis broken right shoulder 10 broken ribs a bruised femur and bruised lungs and severe hypothermia. A 60 second walk to my truck took hours on the 4th or 5th attempt I managed to climb in my truck and call for my own medivac. Months in wheelchair months with a walker and cane . First 2 year after fall rarely slept. 5 and half years later I am functional again . Done I er 100,000 pull-ups pushups and hour and hours on treadmill. People prepare for the impossible and it won't be when it arrives. People you have no idea how dark the hole can be. Never give and always move forward even if it's inch by inch

I love the way he talks to himself and expresses his knowledge to us. People who cuss are shown to have higher IQs plus if I can't cuss around you when I'm expressing myself then I don't feel comfortable around you.

Who is the interviewer?
For the first clip, where he is on the left side of the screen facing to the right; it’s his second(or third) interview with Andrew Huberman. It came out sometime within the year.
For the second clip, where he is in the right side of the screen facing left, it is the interview he did with Chris Williamson.
For the third, I don’t know.
The first two are excellent interviews; the one he did with Huberman that was clipped here is one of my favorites. It’s probably the closest I’ve felt we’ve come to seeing his thought processes in real time.
When you listen to him, you can really feel the slight bit of chaos that is a person trying to explain who they are and what they are thinking when you ask them on the spot.
As a warning, he does A LOT of cursing in that interview, if that isn’t your cup of tea. But it’s how he expresses himself, and I’m all here for it.
