You can do it bro. I went from 270 to 190 in 6 months just showing up everyday. Drink water, eat whole foods and walk on an incline for 30 minutes a day. Be afraid to fail, but do it anyways.
You can do it bro. I’d also recommend the book Atomic Habits. It’s incredible and less overwhelming than Goggins mindset. You WILL be successful if you persevere and keep moving slowly in a good direction.
