I listen to David Goggins every single morning. When i wake up the first thing i do is find a video while getting ready to go to the gym or run. I also listen to him or an audiobook while I’m at the gym. So yes, there’s someone who listens to him for 2 hours straight or more. I actually look forward to those hour long videos so I’m glad i saw this one.

It's 7AM Saturday morning and I'm just about wrapping up my everyday workout session.
Just ran 10.3 miles in 1 hour and 32 minutes (about 9 minutes per mile pace) while listening to this. So far, that's the most I've ran in one go. Constantly breaking through new P.R.'s. STAY HARD lol
Yes yes yes so right,I'm in my 60s ,in July 2021 got delta variant covid 19,three weeks on a ventilator,then waiting in hospital for a place to rehab learn to stand up by myself and walk.out of rehab in a walker,stayed with lifting weights,walking again,then cancer,up to Roswell for 15 days,major surgery,twelve weeks recovery ,then back to getting in shape again don't ever give up and Trust God,did a lot of praying ,but David Goggins has so so much encouragement in his videos,it is changing my life.Going back to mountain biking,hiking.God Bless David Goggins and his inspiring videos .

This man is 100% right. I was A student in medical school but seeing the blood and all I was not prepared. My father pushed me to this school. I got there first panic attack. And all went downhill from that moment. Didn't know then how to help myself. So I run on the other side of the world with 200$ in my pocket.I had a job, money, but I wanted to finish college . I feel like a failure, but I preach success and discipline. I'm living a double life and slowly real life is lagging so far behind that it can't support the stoner life anymore, it's like a cancer that feeds on your soul more and more. I want to finally unleash it, in my mid 20s I haven't achieved anything yet and I'm still living off my parents' money, I date women and live way above my standard.

I wish i could stay with you for 2 weeks. When i was young i pushed myself but made horrible decisions. I was in shape. I forced myself to go back to to school in my 40,s. IT WAS SO HARD. True statement I struggle every day to overcome that internal fear of failure! I’ve been hearing that my entire life that I will never achieve anything. I enlisted in army at 36 years old, served in the medical corps, special forces and military intelligence. I earned my bachelor’s degree then now working on a master’s degree. I dont believe you have to suffer to change. I went through things in my life and it changed me. A heart disease that I had to change my life to defeat. I never thought I suffered when I worked out and did cardio for 30 minutes a day to over come VentricularTachicardia. It was a change and it was boring at first. Scary. New feelings. I never once felt like I was suffering. I was relieved I could do it. Maybe you are choosing the wrong words. Maybe that's how you feel. I didn't suffer. I Didnt feel I had to suffer.
