Started hitting the gym and started being more disciplined and lost 20 pounds so far. My journey might be slow but im one step closer than yesterday all thanks to David motherfookin goggins. I was stuck in a debt for 6 years and never had much money- i was just surviving- i got lucky and got my loans to just one bank. Then i went to work - i had 2 full time jobs for 4 months. Saved up and bought a 35.000$ Audi and ran 2 marathons in stockholm & Hamburg within 1 month. It was’nt as hard as a thought it would be- the big issue is when we have a free choice. I worked 14hours 5 days a week- some days 16 & 17 hours. Just as goggins says - it takes that extra mile go get there. So fucking worth it. STAYHARD!

I stiched up the mental health they pray on people then I watched this and know money ain't everything I've felt it in my mind knowledge is power criminals suck.
The book "The Fifth Agreement" deals with how to figure out your brain and HOW to change it. REALLY WORKS, because it changes ones perspective and allows one to see how to release the old habits. David Goggins has been able to get to the source of his mind by practice. Very cool...
I stopped watching podcasts with Goggins after watching this one in full. He lays it out so clearly and unequivocally. I did nod put it into practice though. So it's on me, if I don't act.
Respect to this man. And he went to military to "restart" his life. Not everyone will or can do that. So some thought of responsibility is helpful. The more we see people in need in their worst times, in systems, in trauma, we see that people have lost their vitality, life energy, soul. We diagnosed them with depression, anxiety, stress etc. Deep down is a burnt out, lost souls out of balance and dissociated and extremely vulnerable. They know they had a life before but they struggle so much to come out of it. So some kindness and a change of environment that pushes them to rebuild basic habits and routine go a long way. That's the starting point. As long as you can have access to a safe reasonable healthcare, and basics are met, please give the gift of finding and changing environment to disconnect from your "stuck" place. Put yourself into heal within an environment that will help you heal and rebuild.
F*ck yes, I had to put myself in a tough situation to reevaluate who I am as a human being, what is it that I want. What is it that I want to live for, what is my purpose and I feel it so strongly now. I know I am a leader, I can carry my father's name as his daughter. I know I am bad ass, tapping in my masculine and feminine energy and be the best version of myself. Be strong, beautiful, and live life authentically to myself and through the eye's of God. I will be the person that God has dreamt for me for his dreams are bigger than my own dreams. I love myself, I value myself, I care for myself, and I am eternally grateful to God of Love/Light.

Respect to this man. And he went to military to "restart" his life. Not everyone will or can do that. So some thought of responsibility is helpful. The more we see people in need in their worst times, in systems, in trauma, we see that people have lost their vitality, life energy, soul. We diagnosed them with depression, anxiety, stress etc. Deep down is a burnt out, lost souls out of balance and dissociated and extremely vulnerable. They know they had a life before but they struggle so much to come out of it. So some kindness and a change of environment that pushes them to rebuild basic habits and routine go a long way. That's the starting point. As long as you can have access to a safe reasonable healthcare, and basics are met, please give the gift of finding and changing environment to disconnect from your "stuck" place. Put yourself into heal within an environment that will help you heal and rebuild.

F*ck yes, I had to put myself in a tough situation to reevaluate who I am as a human being, what is it that I want. What is it that I want to live for, what is my purpose and I feel it so strongly now. I know I am a leader, I can carry my father's name as his daughter. I know I am bad ass, tapping in my masculine and feminine energy and be the best version of myself. Be strong, beautiful, and live life authentically to myself and through the eye's of God. I will be the person that God has dreamt for me for his dreams are bigger than my own dreams. I love myself, I value myself, I care for myself, and I am eternally grateful to God of Love/Light.
