I really think ur the best for people u really think about every one like me a student that only goes by what I get from Xmas or birthdays lol haha not like other youtubers that gets sold out by getting sponsors and stop making real videos that help every one out thanks and keep it up and going
Thank you Kacee! That is so nice if you!!! Thank you for supporting the channel! I actually started with a racquetball shoved into a length of 2” PVC pipe. It worked great….for a few reps…However, the racquetball would wiggle its way out if the pipe- so I abandoned the idea.
@@DesignBuildLift do you have any ideas or hacks for the ground of a home gym. In a rent apartment with others to workout as silent as possible ? Like avoiding smashing weight plates with a Soil protection, insulations etc.
@@memolibir which type of plates do you have? Iron? Bumper? Bumper is best for keeping quiet, but “crash cushions” would probably also be a good idea either way. As far as DIY options…you could probably make something out of a combination of rubber mat, carpet, and foam. I may explore this idea more giving it some more thought. 🤘🙏💪
Thank you for your support Carp! I agree that the Barbell Bomb is definitely “better” - no question! I often times will use the Barbell Bomb as the handle and one of these hacks as the landmine (because I am too cheap to buy two Barbell Bombs).

If you can bolt to your floor I used a 2 inch dolley wheel with a 2 inch PVC pipe works great
Thank you for supporting the channel, SupDown! I have seen that design. Looks like it works great!
@@DesignBuildLift I would only if you can bolt down it's inexpensive but if you can't your methods work great
The tennis ball idea is great. I have an upgrade for that in mind, which is..what if you wrap the tennis ball around with a balloon? 💡
Please let me know if that works for you. Thank you for supporting the channel! 🤘🙏💪
I love your channel. Great hacks! I wonder if a racquet ball would work as an option.

@@DesignBuildLift thanks for your answer
I am using iron plates.
Any long term feedback re longevity of Bento ball? Wondering if it’s worth the extra $ or if it wears through with repeated use. Thanks!
No. I used that hack to provide an alternative, but I exclusively use my "store bought" landmine or my AbMat Barbell Bomb amzn.to/427INZK
I like those others ones better than the tennis ball hack, but I also like my barbell bomb for versatility

@@DesignBuildLift yeah I have the landmine grip they make as well. I really like the grip of it and it’s not ice cold steel when it 27 degrees
I was about to buy the barbell bomb, excellent timing
I love my Barbell bomb! Thank you for supporting the channel! I really appreciate it!
What size bento ball?
LARGE Bento Ball: amzn.to/426rgRH

Thank you for your continued support, Brutus!!!!
My dog and I love you.
🤘❤️ Thank you for your support!
The toilet plunger one is great. I just tried it and it works, my barbell stays in place.
Awesome! Thank you for letting me know! Hopefully you used a fresh one 🪠🤘
@@DesignBuildLift I did. Bought a cheap one at the dollar store and it serves its purpose.
Bento ball all the way.
Nice choice!
