    That rock would be so trendy right now for a den or even a living room.

      The rock is in Jerry basement hence why Rob has to pay Jerry

    • @cessnaace
      @cessnaace 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I thought that this episode was leading to Rob and Laura getting the model house - the one without the rock, but then that wouldn't explain the annual check to Jerry. But it would explain the disappearance of the rock in later episodes, as we never saw Jerry's and Millie's basement in the series. Story Consultant Carl Reiner dropped the ball on that one, but then again he was also the Producer, Series Creator, sometimes Writer and sometimes Cast Member. That's a lot of balls to keep track of.

    And I recently looked at a house built around a tree and the realtor said ‘Look at it as a conversation piece’

    I wouldn't want a house with a rock in it like that, either. I lived in a ranch style house some years ago that resembled the house the Petrys always had on this show. Must be nice to have so many clothes it requires 2 closets.

  • @jb6712
    @jb6712 ปีที่แล้ว +24

    Funny thing, they bought the house, but we never saw the boulder again. In fact, the basement of the house they always used for the show was nicely fitted with a full-size pool table, and an open staircase that was much more attractive than the one in this episode.

    • @FrostyInfern0
      @FrostyInfern0 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Yeah, remember when Rob played pool in the basement with Buddy's brother? They could have shown the rock!

    • @chadbaxter5578

      Also they said one closet and master room and there is two and the garage we have seen a few times and it’s a large one. Just some small discrepancies but still a great show.

      That's the point of the $37.50 per month. A Duplicate house next door, without a,rock. Helpers took the house with the rock!

    I just find it ridiculous that the real estate guy upped the price on them when in reality, the longer a house sits on the market, it goes down in value as well as the the price.
    Just like a brand new car once it's been driven off the lot. The guy was totally trying to scam them. I totally would have spoken my mind if I was there.
    I might have commented this on another video haha, but it just bugs the crap outta me when ppl try to scam and con others
