Hard to say these days, lumber pricing is all over the place. It's all items that are readily available in any home store. Labor charges would depend on your location. Pricing varies greatly in different areas. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Based off the opening I framed in the wall, then adjusted for gaps and overlap. If that's not the info you need let me know and I can help further

The framed opening for the door is 6' 3" wide and 6' 10 1/2" tall. Hope that's what you're looking for. If not let me know. The full plans are available on my website too if you're intersted.

@@LogHewer True, but as a YT channel, he makes money based upon the number of viewers who watch the entire video. Crappy music that makes people quit watching the video costs him money. From a business stand point, it is wise to not use music that turns away customers, it is foolish to play music that chases away business even if it is your favorite band or song.
