There are so many restaurants here it's hard to pick a favorite. It can be fun trying different ones in the area. I live near downtown as well and we enjoy taking walks around town just looking around. We love the First Friday Art Walks.
100% we have some great options here. My wife and I are just getting back from traveling in Japan and Thailand and we miss our food scene so much! What restaurant do you go to most?
Although i don't currently live in FL, I do LOVE St Augustine. I would really like to move there. My favorite restaurant is Prohibition Kitchen. Whenever I am in FL, I have to go and eat there.
Great points! I love it here, and biking over to the Amp is a bonus for me too. I still haven't hit up the Llama Restaurant yet, but I've been eyeballing it for awhile now.
The llama restaurant is super unique! It’s not my favorite foods but it’s a really cool experience and I loved watching them bring all the different dishes out. They’re all works of art!
Depends where you live. Most homes here are in Flood Zone X and you don't need to have it there. If you own your home outright you don't need to have flood insurance at all. It's up to you

Black molly is not on St. Aug beach,they were in Coblestone,but relocated to 312. Mayb u were talkn bout “black fly”?
