The center part is not to keep spoons, it is the place from where the lower sprinkler part raises to spray water for upper dishes. It should have separate tray to keep spoons.
    Good information 👏👏

That was a very small load. Electricity is expensive. If you have extra dishes you can run a load every other day. Rinse dishes first.. Saves electricity and your bill. Big bowls can go over small bowls. Plastics like Tupperware top rack, only large Plastics on bottom WITHOUT DRYING TIME. NO MELTING. You can open door as soon as rinse is done and water comes out about 2 minutes. Usually 2 rinses roll out dishes and shake basket with silverware check for water on top of items and dump water. Dishes are so hot that usually dry by themselves in an hour to 2 for silverware. Your silverware basket for silverware and utensils is missing from front middle, flat area in large dish basket. Your spoons knives and forks go in basket. Make sure handles don't fall through (chopsticks) or they must lie down in top basket with cup over so as to not lift up and fall down.

Do we have to first rinse utensils with water after eating or put them directly in the dishwasher?

ONLY use soap designed for dishwashers. If you use dish soap designed for washing by hand, you will flood your kitchen with soap suds

Dishwashers almost always have a wall switch to cut off the electricity. Sometimes people don't know what that switch is for. Look for switches near the dishwasher and turn them on and off and see if that solves the problem

You are suspiciously starting a review instructions by slowing loading it. Mine doesn't work, they don't even last long.
