Honestly this is really helpful. Because when we are shopping we attract to fashionable ones, Morden ones beautiful ones without thinking about it's consequences. This vedio educates think twice before we purchase something.. Thank you.❤❤
Superb video. A suggestion - You could probably make one on best types of Saucepans, Milk Boilers, Pressure Cookers, Kadais, Tawas, even cutlery items, etc. which would help youngsters. Nowadays, many people get carried away by the appearance of these items, ignoring the functionality aspect.
We have made lot of changes to our home and kitchen after we started watching your channel and it has helped us maintain things efficiently. Just to name a few Dyson vacuum cleaner , organizing fridge , storage containers, dishwasher, effectively using washing machine and maintain it. List goes on . Thank you for all your effort , it does take lot of your time money effort and experiments.
I'm your silent admirer ,love your videos and indepth explanation, just came here to point out that please use iron tawa or cast iron tawa ,do not use non stick tawa ,that too whose layer is damaged ,it releases harmful things which aren't good for health.Hope you would change it.Lots of love ❤
Sooper video Ashu ji...it was really helpful for everyone...I liked the way of you presenting even the minute details...like showing the utensil inward ...( Eg: for daal )..
I m surprised for a person who is so particular abt everything you r using a nonstick tawa which coating almost gone in the edges. Better switch to iron dear healthier choice
Before teaching others, first we should not leave any ignorance in our behaviour. What she is teaching is common sense and keen observation and what is pointed out is ignorance. By the way the observation skill of @user-mx7 is marvelous.
Dear I also feel she is doing a good job. But some mistakes can happen when you are focused on video making. We. All know aluminium and non stick is harmful
Small but very important things to keep in mind while selecting the utensils. Serated knives are really useful on the stainless steel chopping board as the normal knives lose their sharpening when to be used on steel chopping board

Loooking forward for your answer.💕💕
How to store the fired oil... ? Even if we fry one time the oil changes the taste of the food....usually I use that oil of another time I fry something but how to store that ? Any suggestions what do you do ?
Very informative video as always dear,I want to know bread maker is always used utensils I want to buy it, also I want chapati ata regular makeing, plz suggest me
Please make Roti plain Phulka style as it's healthier and not greasy. There is surely oil/butter in the subji. Plus Plain Phulka isn't dense because it has no oil greased. The subji will have enough moisture to soak the roti and eat comfortably. And can be stored if there is any leftovers and there will not be an oily smell on the phulkas the next day. Easier to eat too. Parathas will require oil or butter as they are denser already. And ofc Parottas too. Roti can be made without oil/butter.
