My husband cannot get over the fact that you used a half sharpened pencil to describe the thickness of the cheese it's. He literally cannot stop saying it for the past 10 minutes. And then giving his own examples of thicknesses. Like the E string of a guitar, the thickness of a flatter pumpkin seed. The thickness of 15 dog hairs stacked up on each other. He's driving me insane and keeps asking me where you got this lol and I asked why can you not let it go???

@@KetoFocusI can't even remember all that he said, they just kept coming but he still maintains that's yours is the best and everytime he thinks of it he cracks up again. I apparently don't think like him because even though I had never heard anyone use that example, I was still able understand the thickness you intended us to see and move right along. Strange the things that trip him up, makes life more fun I guess hahaha

I came for the recipe, but am leaving wishing it was a make-up tutorial. You look so pretty! I'm 54 and still haven't figured out how to do it right. I just can't watch the young people doing their make-up tutorials. They drive me nuts! :-) For now, I added sharp cheese to my grocery list and can't wait to make these! Thanks so much!

This is possibly THE closest to the real thing (better, actually) of any keto snack I have made or bought. I was almost out of almond flour - when I measured I had 88 grams. So I made up the 12 gram difference with lupin flour. Other than that tiny swap, I followed the recipe exactly. They are so, so good! This will definitely become my go to for road trips, movie theater, Superbowl, or wherever people are eating carby snacks and I want something that makes THEM wish they could have my snack instead of the other way around. Yay! Thank you! Love your channel!

I utilized the instagram recipes, including this recipe, and I came up with a good tasting cracker closer to Cheezeitz-
    In food processor add:
    dd:
    •1 1/4 C almond flour
    •1 TBS nutritional yeast
    •1/4 tsp salt
    •1/2 tsp paprika
    •1/2 tsp garlic powder
    •1/2 tsp onion powder
    •1 TBS fiber powder, optional
    In microwave safe bowl Melt:
•6 slices sharp cheddar cheese broken in pieces (1 1/4 C shredded)
    •1/4 C Parmesan cheese, shredded
Melt for 1 minute 5 seconds in microwave
Add melted cheese to food processor, blend well
Add 3 TBS water one at a time while blending, until dough ball forms.
    • role out thin between two pieces of parchment paper, put on lightly greased cookie sheet
•cut into squares but don’t pull apart, poke holes with fork in each square
•Bake at 360° for 16 minutes(may vary depending on thickness)
Let cool completely, they will crisp up
They will break easily into square crackers
