Does anybody noticed that Courtney Cox's Great Grandfather imprisoned Dany Dyers Great Grandfather. They should meet up and discuss about it. That would be great to watch😁
Yep, wondered why they didn’t mentioned it!
their insights would be about as fascinating as watching a thatched roof age
@@Marcel_Audubon😂
People living 720 years ago are your 22 times great grandparents
‘You can take his winkel’ I nearly choked on my cup of tea 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Have they taken his winkel *
Funny in an English way
The woman playing the wife is spectacular lol.
Fact : Diana, Princess of Wales was a direct descendant of Hugh Le Despenser and Edward II.
Oh I so love Danny
He say it as if is
And he loves his family
Did he just marry his wife?
I think he did I know I heard him when he was one of the TV programmes
I just love everything about him
Him and Ray Winton
These 2 are what I call real Men
yeah but arent like 1/10th of britons descended from william the conqueror? so when someone says "im a descendant of king blah blah" it doesnt really mean much because millions of other people are aswell
@@CitrusMenace But billions aren't.
@@CitrusMenace I don't know how many people are related to the viking leader and a direct descendant of Edward III though.
LOL
You can just imagine going round to your nan's house.
''I had that king Edward thatching me house yesterday ''
''Yeah, course you did nan!''
''He takes two sugars in his tea''
Tea only reached England 250 years after King Edward II was murdered.
He’s quite comfy announcing his love for other men
Cuz hes a confident man whos secure in his masculinity aka an alpha lol but seriously.
Danny Dyer, unexpected but welcome LGBTQ advocate.
If have a chance, check out his wonderful performance in 'Borstal Boy' in which he has a romantic relationship with Brendan Behan. Decent film.
Why unexpected?
@@benjic80 because people love to stereotype working-class men it seems.
@@beautifulspirit7420 no they don't, that's a stereotype itself. 🤣
@@benjic80 what is unique about Danny Dyer on the TV and the British media that would make his response "unexpected" then?
This picture is exactly the same picture that was shown to Courtney Cox! So Danny Dyers is related to Courtney Cox? So cool to find two people living so far apart, are both on the show, and have the same relative!! Oooo, this is juicy drama! 😵💫
Who the ell is Courtney cox😂
If you go back 800 years we each have up to 8 million forebears.
More than the whole population of the British Isles then
How can you not love Danny? Been in love with this guy ever since Borstal Boy was released in 2000
“I LOVED YOU FOR 10, LONG YEARS. AND YOU ONLY SLEPT WITH ME, BECAUSE YOU WANTED AN HEIR!”
*“...yeh”*
Do love a moat? He is so funny he literally has me in tears.
Danny Dyer....would have preferred him as my History teacher. legend
He does have that DADDY vibe.
Danny is TV Gold!! Love that guy!
I need a Danny Boy attitude in my life. Good on you!
Isabella was SERIOUS!!!! YIKES!!!!!
There's a medieval story that after she had her husband murdered in the Tower of London, she had his heart removed and she kept it in her chambers for the rest of her life.
If he thought Spencer's death was bad, wait until he hears how Edward died...
Red hot poker up the arse
That's just a legend, histroians don't believe that happened.
I thought she called Danny a huge dispenser.
😄
I don't know how to turn the subtitles off but they're amusing me with how poorly they're understanding Danny's accent
Isabella was jealous of that winkle
Elizabeth Norton's books on medieval and Tudor history are excellent!
Another day, another Castle 😂
I love the attempt at subtitles with Danny's accent.
Isabella and Mortimer, the power duo lol
I’m descended from Mortimer LOL
Edward II was my 23rd great granduncle, so Danny and I are related as well. So much fun.
So am I and about a million others.
Loved the she-wolf portrayal and his reaction...hahaha. Her head dress, too!
❤️ Thank You ❤️
Isabella: "She-Wolf of France" actress who plays her: English accent lol
This Danny is taking it all in stride!
His reactions remind me of Nigel Havers
Well he would be chucked a new script every week in Eastenders so would be totally used to a storyline being switched up at a moments notice.
I'm not only a decendant of Edward II, but also Roger Mortimer & Hugh Despencer the younger
Danny is my 4th cousin twice removed.
We are related on that case!
Who cares
Milord.
Two generations higher, or lower?
Is he one of your grand parent's 4th cousins, or is he your 4th cousins grandchild?
@@johnbradford1010 i do
Unless im mistaken, Jim Callaghan met Jimmy Carter here in 1978
To think dysfunctional families were even present in the Medieval times. I just have to say did the nursery rhyme, "Wee Willy Winkle" have anything to do with Hugh Le Despenser losing his winkle?
We all love a good mot Danny 😂😂
I prefer a good moat personally.
Danny Dyer is awesome.
Where's the camera on the boat in some of the shots? 😂
They often do several takes if these things.
@@micapapa8647 Figured. Just shows how directed some of these scenes are.
OMG - Courtney Cox...is she related to Danny Dyer?
I think she might be related to Roger Mortimer.
Courtney Great grandfather was Thomas de Berkeley. Her line traces to William the Conqueror.
my favourite castle
This is a fever dream
He looks like my brother so much we must be related.
actually it was Piers Gaverston was more to Edward II (Hugh Spencers were a joint Prime-Minister ; a Diarchy or sorts)
Sorry... but I'm using the word 'winkle' from here on! Thanks Danny!
Hehe I watched this the other day pretty good stuff with what we are finding out about the cockney man
'You only married me to be queen!'
Edward II, if only he could talk back.
Isabella: "My dad King Philip forced me to marry you when I was only 13. By the way you was already king then and you made the choice to marry me."
Ah Danny I love him I could listen to him All day
He is so natural and so funny
Really a nice all round man
And what I love and respect about
He has the up most respect for woman
What a Man
Ya, constantly cheating on his wife and referring to women as treacle's is serious respect ain't it?
@@rob_3417 The treacle bit might just be because of where he's from, I don't know
“I hope eastenders are watching, take note” = Ballum + Whitney?
How embarrassing when one of your relatives turns up at your castle in a ford, so common lol.
roger mortimer is my 21st great grandfather
Blackhawk Plays my ancestors are Mortimers
Hilarious!
Bit different to talking to mob bosses in pubs
Ok, she isn’t just now remembered as the she wolf, she has always been called that.
Can you ask him what makes that goldy colour pullover?
A very simplistic explanation. Hugh DeSpencer was killed in that way for a vast variety of reasons
Hugh Despenser my loins burn like the fire of Hades my Fair Maiden has no idea of what we do on our hunting Adventures..
I thought he was related to William Cromwell. How come now it's Edward II?
Going back and back, these Cromwells he descends from descend from Edward III, whose father is Edward II, eventually taking it to William the Conqueror, and thus, to Rollo Jarl of Normady.
Henry in his pocket
Edith swan neck is my favourite
Why is elizabeth not looking at Danny when they speak?
How is this guy getting work?
*IS HE QUALIFIED??*
🤣
What a actor he was
Such a pity that for a non-native English speaker (me :) ) this Danny Dyer is totally impossible to understand :(
I don’t understand how it’s so difficult Americans are weird 😂🏴🌹
She should have said "Now get off my land"
"Do love a moat, me".
Whoever does the closed captioning on these things needs to find a new job.
Looks like Hugh was spreading his seed far and wide on both sides of the fence. There is Nothing new under the sun. Except it was only non punishable if you were king. Otherwise you better be discreet or else. But Isabella was not amused with his behavior, pissing away her kids inheritance and took care of him anyway. Gotta protect your vested interests or she would be out in the cold.
Edward sounds like a muscle Mary
He’s so funny!
He and his wife. Not, him and his wife.
I think at this point it's a lost cause but thank for trying
Just watch braveheart
He is incredibly charming...entertaining. Great innate swaggerly walk suggests a boyish confidence. Couple that with an inquisitive mind. Well, Danny Dyer is...Yummy.
I think Edward II was bi, as he had children with both Isabella and a mistress. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adam_FitzRoy
So they made him row once with the camera and once without?
who is this guy? I assume he may be well known in the U.K. for something.
Ryan Je
Yeah he’s an actor on Eastenders (U.K soap opera)
He is an actor, movies and soap, an English treasure.
God Almighty, and I thought we were bad.
that historian chick is fine
*applies to British standards only
@@TurboLazer007 harsh ..... But Facts
@@radcow not being rude of course. Just a correct observation as foreigner living in the UK 😃
Where did l see her before? Eastenders? Was she the Northern Ireland lass in Eastenders? 🤷♀️
Elizabeth had a nice dress
So it's okay to call women Treacle now, is it ?
Yes
i mean he is a cockney, its basically the same as getting my lover in bristol doesn't mean that much
Who does not have royals in their family? I have (according to geneologists). But before you get too impressed, make a small calculation: if you go 22 generations back, you have 4.2 million ancestors, which means that your "royal blood" is 1/4.184.304 or to put it another way: you might have one blood cell in your entire body that has a royal cause but the another 4.184.303 drops of blood are everything else!
the thing is, many are descended from the kings, but only a fraction can show HOW they're descended.
Posh totty
Yikes and I thought Southern Americans had bad English accents, well they do, but this dude haha so terrible.
It’s called a cockney accent and your a snob 🙄🏴🌹
Shut it you s l a g 🤪
I can't get over how tight his pants are!?!? Why in the world do men think this looks good?...it doesn't!!
Some people like to wear that and are into that, others disagree. It's fine.
Agreed
Agreed on that too but a little decency, same goes for some women
Decency? There's nothing indecent about it. Fully clothed, nothing revealing/suggestive.
What are people supposed to do? Close their eyes?
He’s so funny!
