After each round, your inhales and exhales become increasingly longer and by the time you finish, you are at 64 counts. This practice helps to put you into a very relaxed state while also building your tolerance to Co2 which can increase performance.

Thanks for this video. A visual cue would be amazing. It's a great setup used by some other breathwork content creators. Maybe it's the setup of my phone but the music overpowers and I can't hear the moment the breathwork switches from inhaling to exhaling. As always, to all breathwork content creators... thank you 😊

Currently suffering from an eye/ear dysfunction that causes a lot of horrible symptoms, but the anxiety/panic being the worst part of it. To deal with the anxiety I have tried different breathing techniques to calm down, but nothing was really working. At least not until I came across this video. The combination of the music(awesome choice) and the technique really helped put me at ease. Great job! So glad I found this. Gonna integrate this into my treatment.

I love this! I would love doing this kind of a practice for longer and more drawn out if that makes sense. Increasing the time spent with each timed breath. It takes way more time to slow down to go all the way from a 2 count to 64 count. But that’s just me. Just a thought. But I really enjoyed this. Thanks for all you do!!

One thing though, the counts need to be more clear, i got lost quite easily to the flow of breath a few times which kind of takes away from the momentum.

I cant seem to take in air at the 32 mark. I feel like im choking. Does this mean my lung capacity is crap? I dont have any problem letting out the breath over a long period, though.
