I have a Servopack SGDH-04AE that has no display showing. I’m going to try what you did in the video. What type of desolder flux did you use to remove the capacitor

Gan saya punya sgdm04ada,masalahnya ketika ditest jog manual semua normal,namun ketika pakai mach3 tidak mau berfungsi.saya coba tukar board controlnya punya driver yg normal dan berfungsi normal.kira2 masalah pada komponen yg menerima pulse pada cn1,ada saran gak part apa yg harus saya ganti
It will be difficult to replaced those ..i suggest to replace only the control board if you have one.. or try to replace the electrolytic capacitors on it.. in Sigma V there are 100uf 6v and 33uf 25v..
Hello dear friend, have you reviewed a yaskawa SGD7S-330A00A000F80 servopack? And do you know how I can feed it with direct current and at what voltage?
If there are no display or even LED indicator possible you have forget to connect some parts..or worst you have broke the unit. But if the LED indicator is lit please check the same parts that to be replace just like on the video.
Sorry but I don’t have experience on opening this type of servopack but we do have that type. And considering that they have the same manufacturer you can check if they have the same circuit or components.

Try to check the similar capacitor just like on the video..possible same problem.

Most possible there are other issues. Try to check the fuse.

For this specification.. the voltage need for input side is 200V.. however for verification you can check in the sticker attached to it..
