Hello Igor, Hmmm that would have of been a good break down to work on. That was great sending the video I really do appreciate that. If you still do have the servo pack, you could use a Scopemeter to view the encoder output on the CN1 connector via breakout board. I am suspecting an issue with the servo pack encoder board. But this can also happen when you attempt to run the servo at to high of a frequency I had that problem on a 50w motor on my trainer at home. But obviously this was not the case in the test run. Hope to hear from you again :) Have A Wonderful Day Tom
Hi Tom. Encoder work fine.... actually I think that problem is one of mofset in die. This motor with new one and same config work perfectly as expected.
Igor In your video it looks as if you have the Green wire with yellow stripe connected to the W terminal output to the motor, but it also looks like the cable is spliced. Here you could have the wires between phases improperly connected. If this is indeed the case when you pressed the Servo On button you turned on the power section of the servo pack, without the run signal from the Forward or Reverse the Servo Pack attempts to hold the motor in place as if it had a load attached. Hope This Helps Tom
Thanks Tom. it's not my first yaskawa servopack. video was recorded for deller on ebay. I got new one :) I understand what You mean about cables...but sequence and all setings ok...work fine on other servopack. Thanks
