- SCP 343 is a Safe Class anomaly also known as God.
SCP-343 is a male, seemingly race-less, humanoid in appearance with apparent omnipotence. SCP343 was discovered walking the streets of Prague and detained after a staff member witnessed him disappear from the streets and reappear on a rooftop. SCP-343 is detained willingly in his chamber, as containment has proved impossible. SCP-343, colloquially nicknamed 'God' by the staff.

343 is one scp I could down with and talk to for hours. He seems like the type of person that could not only put life into perspective but would br the most genuine friend to anyone who talked to him. Whether God or not, he wouldn't judge you and would help you overcome anything bad thatd on your mind. He is so wholesome

Oh my 343 lol, if that's your opinion you probably shouldn't read Games Reality Benders Play. In that particular "canon" SCP-343 isn't God, he's actually an extremely powerful and malevolent reality bender that more or less attempts to steal the soul/essence(?) of SCP-239 (the innocent little girl reality bender that Clef tried to kill). I mean, as they say there's no such thing as "canon" on the wiki and there are multiple "canons" that exist but... um, yeah, you might not wanna read that one if you don't want your view of 343 as a nice guy ruined lol.
I like how SCP-343 is just such a big deal to these guys, because they literally can’t do anything and he has them at his will, which is both accurate and terrifying.
Whether 343 is or isn't the captial "G" God is deliberately left pretty ambiguous, but either way He seems pretty much all powerful, all knowing and all benevolent, nothing the Foundation can do can keep Him contained when He doesn't want to be, nothing can seem to harm Him (except _maybe_ 035-914), so I really don't think they need to worry about other anomalous groups (AWCY, CotBG, GOC, Sarkic Cults, Serpent's Hand, etc.) either harming Him or using Him for harmful purposes.

I love how the SCP foundation think they have him contained, by in reality they are just providing him a convenient permanent living space that he pops in and out of at will.
They know they’re just fine with is, partially because they just cant do anything about it.

Read the tales... 343 can't walk anymore. Dr. Clef paralyzed him. He's not "God"... Not even A god. He's just a type green. A super powerful one, sure. But, Dr. Clef could eliminate 343 if he wanted.
I don't understand why, if the foundation knows 343 is there of his own will and that they can't catch him, they would panic and call a security breach when they just have to shrug and wait for him to come back...
Mainly accountability for the higher ups. Gives them the illusion that they have everything under control.

Wow 343 causes more headache for the Foundation, although I had my suspicions that it was related to SCP 073 Cain and SCP 076-2 Abel, with this episode my suspicions were confirmed

343's my favorite. All of his stories are great.
How does 343 interact with the more dangerous SCPs? We know he can just ignore the danger, such as his interactions with 096... or literally be oblivious to things like 682. But what about 053? Surely she could use the company with someone who won't fly into a rage after 10 minutes, try to kill her, then have a heart attack. We see he's friendly with Cain, but is he taking sides or does he also spend time with Abel? Could he take his eyes off 173 without worrying about it trying to snap his neck? We've seen a couple interactions with 343 and Dr. Bright now, but I'd love to see how 343 gets along with Alto Clef. What about 055? Does 343 know about it, or is it an out of sight out of mind kind of thing for the seemingly all-powerful entity? And does 343 feel any sympathy for SCP-1000, or does he treat them like 682 and claim they're not one of his creations?
So many unanswered questions.

Meaning he basically breaches containment evades security talks to anomalies etc. everyday
Meaning 343 is technically an Apollyon-class anomaly. Since he's only there out of his own volition and can leave whenever he wants, he is literally impossible to contain and could, in theory, wipe out the entire universe. But 343 doesn't _want_ to do that and enjoys his time at the Foundation, so such an event, while possible, is extremely unlikely.
I like the idea that his appearance changes depending on who's looking at him.
I've been holding off on this one for 2 months because I have consistently forgotten to comment it. But what happens if you put SCP 978 "The Desiree Camera" in SCP 914 "The clockworks" on the "very fine" setting on the camera. after this scenario it's safe to say that it doesn't just show your desires...

I always felt like the inclusion of god as a scp is an odd choice from a narrative perspective. It makes you wonder how many of the world ending scp are actually a danger with him around. So many times where you wonder why the foundation doesn't just ask scp 343 for help or why he doesn't try to proactively help when shit hits the fan. I mean sometimes he does help and sometimes he doesn't. It's just weird.

Or their inclusion of Cthullu as an SCP. Even if included as an insulting joke to Lovecraft.

It got me way behind when it comes to conjecture here, but in a video called What did SCP-049 do During the Actual Black Plague?, they should talk about it again here, but SCP 343 will help clarify more things about SCP 049 and his relationship with the Scarlet King who spoke of a video plus a guy named Mr. black who seemed quite suspicious to me

I learned recently that 42 has a deeper meaning. Douglas Adams was a computer science major, and in computer language, an asterisk is used to translate as 'whatever you want it to mean'. And '42' is the designation for the asterisk. So Deep Thought, the computer that was asked about the answer to life the universe and everything, answers the way a computer would. So what is the meaning of life, the universe, and everything? 42, or 'whatever you want it to mean'.

It was never just the SCP files it’s literally in the name of the channel STORY and animation I see what people mean when they say stuff like this when they used to cover new SCPs but they are doing there own unique thing here with telling stories instead of reading the files if people don’t want that they should look at other channels or read the wiki itself
