What do you do for work brother? Do you workout too? Am two weeks off from my second treatment and am still healing from this terrible bacteria but am improving each day,as my work invovles with mixed martial arts i try my best to heal faster but am still training and everything you know,never stop grinding for a better life,if you have any recommendations i would appreaciate it,much love❤
Use to be a paramedic but I work in the er as a er tech. Brother I love mma and boxing!! Lately I’ve been trying to get back into shape. I’ve been doing some shadow boxing, jogging and body weight exercises. After treatment brother you might experience symptoms, as if the treatment didn’t work. That because the antibiotics destroyed your good bacteria. So it’s important to consume some type of probiotics and continue with strict bland diet. I know how important it is to push yourself beyond maximum in combat sports but this case try to hold back a little.

I hope you stay well! Bless you for giving others suffering some hope and understanding of this illness. Iv learnt the hard way and still suffering too😢. You also teaching people to get tested for pylori if experiencing reflux. Doctors brushed me off with reflux when it was pylori. Some remedies to try to help yourselves if you’re experiencing reflux. 1 tea spoon of Coconut oil with green tea add fennel seeds and a cardamom. Can add ginger too or have ginger tea on its own. Mint and parsley with main meal. Mint tea. A few spoons Yogurt helps too.

Sorry for late response, I did two weeks of treatment. Took total of 6 months to completely heal. What helped me I was consistent with strict bland diet!
Heyy.. glad to see you are well. Wanted to ask if finished 1 week of antibiotics and was left with bad heartburn and reflux after completion. It seems i have to do it again as not left me unfortunately. Did you have similar effects? Thansk
I had treatment like 7 weeks ago and still experiencing symptoms but it’s been reducing slowly I think. My digestion seems better now but I use herbal remedies. My allergy or food sensitivity still there with burning sensations on my throat.😢 still waiting for my results if pylori gone. I guess still work on reducing pylori for months after treatment. Bland diet and broccoli and okra if can tolerate it.
Me! I’m gonna try kefir as the idea is that the antibiotics kill off all bacteria including good and you stomach also has a microbiome too, these also help you produce stomach acid

Brother,i tried to reply back to you on my comment below but it didn't appear,so i want to ask you three more questions:(1)What were the symptoms that you experienced daily as for me its stomach pain/burning and acid reflux,there's also the left side upper abdominal pain that i feel sometimes,(2)how long will it take for me to heal and eat normal again like whatever i want,and (3)when i mentioned MMA in my earlier comment do you think i could compete to fight because i do want to but am not yet professional brother,i started MMA in August of 2018(am 23 years old now) but only training though then the pandemic happened and now this so i really want to compete,but am thinking since i'll propably be fighting in amateur first so i think it wouldn't be a burden on my body.Anyways waiting for your response brother,much love🙌
Hi hope u r good...last year i have hpylorii which destroy my lifee i lost tons of weight looks so bad even everybody asking why are u extremely ill..but then i take antibiotics after 6 7 month i get heal then 8 months back i started to gain weight i was ok no stomach symptoms just streme anxiety which i develop from hpylori..after antibiotics 7 month back i did hpylori test it comes negative...but know i have symptoms of sob(which i have during h pylorii after blenching i was ok))) gerd sometime stomach burning im now extremely scraed what if i have again got h pylori please help me😭

After my antibiotic treatment, it was like a month after I started to notice I started gaining my weight back.
