Very nice though you can unlock dwarven smithing much sooner. The quest begins in Vermouth courtyards and takes you to the Dwarven quest found in Bakbattahl
The sorc's flare spell is stupidly over-powered with the right group. It made the game way easy, so I stopped using it. The game's not that punishing to begin with. It was a bit difficult in the beginning, but became easy mid to late game.
Im ngl no fast travel throws me off lmao, running everywhere or using the oxcart and then getting jumped by beasts, monsters and goblins on the road freaks me out
Dont think you can upgrade the staff without new game + or i wasnt able to find a gorechimera as yet. Great video btw the play playstyle kept it simple
yeah. i farmed out 4 black freakish manes before post game. takes 7-14 ingame days to respawn which can be painful. make sure to max your stuff before doing the true ending!
Because knockdown power is the most powerful stat only offered by dwarven enhancing. The magic increase from elven to dwarven is minimal at best when you can significantly increase knockdown power which is a separate stat. Less time bosses can move = easier & more DPS. It's such a huge mechanic to bosses and forcing them to not move especially for a sorcs spells is incredible.
Knockdown is useless for magic user, best to use elf enhancement to boost magic much higher, and these gear are not the best either, some what mid at best, there are the best one, just not this one, once you finds out what it is, you will know eventually. Knockdown best for melee, that's why they need for the pawn at least one pawn that able to do the knockdown for you and you are not a solo in here, you have pawn to help out.
@@RandomZeroGravity Again knockdown power is the single strongest stat for any class, feel free to look up any other guide including the original dwarven unlock video. The sooner bosses get taken down the more DPS that gets applied. Knockdown is actually strongest for sorc because of how much knockdown power they have already combined with amplifying it.
Meteor isn't bad necessarily you could replace high salamander with it. However I find this ability to be the same as Seism which is way too much RNG dependent on its positioning. Overall I think its better to use Levin + Flare which is really all you need on bosses, with occasional salamander on gryphons or even Hagol for CC's/slowing bosses. Regardless the build is very open ended in that front. The biggest thing is augments & and where to upgrade your weapon + mats needed to upgrade.
@@Tobykanobi1 Maining for now, but might swap to magic archer eventually; although it does seem a bit too OP or even just 1 spell spam. I enjoyed my bit with thief; so maybe I'll go for a melee class next. Going to check out warrior so I can get dominance and will see with that one, wasn't big on normal archer though.
@@EUTOPIATTV archer ain’t for me neither people say it’s the most op I just don’t see it, I like my magic mix with strength as I do mystic spearhand , but those augments truly make a huge difference

Try Playing solo than.
Great build! I'll try with thundermine, I like the knock back on thundermine to keep enemies away while I'm casting.
Great and thorough video!
I think the 2 most over powered skills for sorcerer are meteoron and maelstrom!! Crazy power!!!
and crazy cast time
@@trinitytet Just equip 2 cast time rings. Yes they do lower the cast time.
Great guide 👍
Can you fully upgrade your weapon then dwarven upgrade? Or can you have 1 blacksmith upgrade then the other 2 dwarven? Thanks.
Can't overwrite upgrades, so if you already upgraded with another smithing type then it will have that permanently.
@@EUTOPIATTV that's wrong, you can reset upgrades at the dragonforged in NG+

@shockedb7968 what is the trigger to the spawn is it after coronation or is it only for new game +
@@JermaineSobers maybe after coronation because it's NOT NG+
@ForceFlowLyric ok I'll give it a shot since I'm past coronation now
Why knockdown power over more magick?

Your spells equiped only have minimum knockdown tho just levin has knockdown
Spells with knockdown are like levin seism frigor
