Really hope Tilian is getting some serious therapy. The lyrics are really confusing since he is talking about changing, yet he did some AFTER the song was written and recorded completely being a piece of shit and doing exactly what he said he wouldn’t do anymore.
I get it, grief sucks, but it’s in those times that shit really tests you and he failed. Not only that, but his pride and literally not accepting what he did and apologizing to the victim…
I’m like bro I’m glad your accepting that you’re insecure and that you’ve been an asshole because of your pride and not wanting to accept that you are your biggest critic, but it doesn’t absolve you for the things you did. Especially when you are still doing them, and ESPECIALLY when some of the toxicity you are “sweating” is still in your system, and is directly affecting someone else’s most private and vulnerable parts of themselves in sex. Wether oral, penetration, it doesn’t matter. It’s all sex and you are literally stripping someone down in a metaphorical sense.
Get some fucking help Tilian. Now and every day forward you need to prove to yourself who you really are. You’re lucky this fan base is toxic and forgiving, but don’t let that toxic pedestal hold you up. Free from it, and be your own person. Remember your friend and the example he set for you. Don’t let him down. Question yourself every chance you get. Because it’s easy and the sand doesn’t slowly take you, it’s the deadliest quicksand in the world. You’ll just fall right in.

Will and Matt are the driving force of this band. Jon left for an album. Happiness is a brilliant album even without Jon. Granted I'm more than glad he returned, I'm just pointing out that Will and Matt never miss.

RIP Tim. I really really hope the situation with Tillian is resolved, he is by far my favorite of their clean vocalists. Andrew is amazing in his own right but Tillian's voice is not replaceable.

That's a lot of assumption of connective tissue. He could also have realized he was using sexual relationships to cope with trauma in his life and needs therapy to break sex addiction while also believing everything was consensual when the encounters happened. In fact I would dare say having a couple experiences backfire this way would have me rethinking my approach to life and how I cope if I were in his shoes. You may be right you may be wrong. You are making logic leaps by assuming you know exact intent when nothing can be confirmed either way.
It’s a shame DGD is having such a tough year this album so far has been absolutely one of their best in my opinion. It’s just bittersweet and feels like the end and they haven’t even hit their peak yet…

After listening to this song on repeat since last week, I am ready to say that Jackpot Juicer will be their greatest album! It is absolutely mind-blowing to me how amazing these guys are. The fact that they have been a band for so long and STILL they create masterpiece after masterpiece and are able to excite and surprise. It just shows their professionalism and how serious they take making great music. The sound of the three singles as a whole, is my favourite that dgd has EVER sounded. It makes me extremely excited for what the other songs from the album will be. Thanks, DGD, for continuing with the release of Jackpot Juicer. I'm sure it will be amazing!

Seeing this video makes sad as fuck. I’m not here to punch bruises about all the shit that’s happened.. if you know, you know. This band saw me through some miserable shit, and it sucks to not be able to see them together in the same way ever again.
It's so sad not seeing Tim in the more recent parts of this video, it breaks my heart. I hope that Tilian can get the help he needs. Jon Mess continues to evolve and get better and better. This is gonna be the best album so far.

I was talking about this MV series and how "to be continued..." felt so far away despite all that has happened to DGD. Wondering if they were all shot early 2022. I love these guys so much I wish things would've turned out much differently. I'll be there until the end.

"We shot the trilogy of videos together in February, ran out of time to finish Die Another Day. We were suppose to finish shooting the rest of the footage before Swan fest and the spring tour, but didn’t end up doing it until mid June.
The additional footage that was shot in June are the limo scenes with Will, Matt, and Andrew. The video isn't intentionally edited to show more or less of any member."

I feel like Will has better synergy (no pun intended) with Zach Garren. And then after that, with Sergio Medina. Playing with Andrew Wells is a nice 3rd place tho, it's also good to have an actual nice person in the band, since Jon, Tilian, etc aren't the friendliest people.

Rewatching for the millionth time and just noticed you can see a small clip of Tim at 3:12 and now I'm crying at work-- first celebrity death that really shook me to my core and made me feel true sadness. Met these guys in 2018 and they were all so kind and respectful, hard to know I'll never get to meet Tim again.

Not only is this the best single so far from this new album, this might be one of their better sounding songs ever. Top tier effort from the boys, especially Lord Mess. Jon's vocals are SLAYING, he's at the top of his game.
The limo scene is kinda painful to see in a way. Like where is everyone?...oh yeah. I think I speak for everyone when I say we appreciate your persistence through every trial you've faced as a band. Matt, Jon and Will especially. Y'all have carved a path so large, you've left an entire new genre in your wake. Thanks for the inspiration and enjoyment for nearly two decades. as a fan, i would be glad if tilian left. there are so many good vocalists out there and dgd has had their fair share of changing cleans so it wouldn't be weird. it would be nice if they got someone who wasn't a garbage person since they are 2/3 trash so far as their clean vocalists go.

If not Andrew idk who would take over the position and would match the direction DGD is trying to go with the music. From the blues, jazzy, r&b Jonny Craig brought, the indie alternative vibes Kurt Travis displayed, and the pop, synth-like rhythms that Tilian Pearson did. The messy history of DGD continues. I can only imagine what they’ll sound like after Jackpot Juicer drops

Dance Gavin dance definitely has a cult like fan base there really isn’t a lot of us but those that are here are here for all of it
You guys can do anything. You've had the most line up switches of almost any band in this scene, sometimes even losing key members that made the sound switch a bit. You've experienced inner turmoil and loss but you keep on going. That along with the amazing music is why y'all are my favorite band. Been listening since age 13 and I'm not stopping now.

Literally everything about this song is perfect. One of their absolute best releases. Jon and Tilian both killed it, and have two superb parts in the “bridge” to the last screaming prechorus. The fast-paced screaming, then Tilian’s low register getting some love, it’s so. Fucking. Good.
I might be wrong but I think that low register is actually Andrew Wells, not Tilian.
But I agree the vocals are top notch on this song!
