I’m not familiar with dragon man but I gotta have it because I absolutely love obscure characters like him, some of my favorite characters in fiction are some of the more obscure ones like in transformers, I’d never heard of sky lynx until earthrise or deathsaurus until victory saber came out.
If that Dragon Man pre-order idea works out for the figure, Hasbro could come around to offering up a Mephisto with that same system, since they wouldn't need to worry about retail being scared of carrying something demonic. That being said, they could also just give him to us through fan channel/online retailers like they're doing with the Blackheart wave.

I could absolutely see Hasbro going into the $100 price range with Dragon Man as they've shown their greed before, but my first initial instinct is my limit will be in the $75-80 range. When we see all it comes with for accessories & final size I'll be more confident on my price window, but as currently promoted definitely not worth $100+

Considering Hasblow's recent penchant for overpricing items ($60 Odin, $50 Phoenix), they'd best not price Dragon Man anywhere near $100. That's ridiculously overpriced. I would hope that Dragon Man would not be any more than Super-Adaptoid, so $75 tops.
