Radio gets in your blood and never leaves. The Radio DJ Dude is living proof of that.
Yeee-haw, broadcasting buckeroo!
Yes even after 50 years with some of the AM's I worked for are no longer around.
Muy buen e inspirador video. Gracias.
¡Muchas gracias, Victor!
AMAZING GREAT WORK!! LOVE THE IDEAS AND ENERGY
Thanks SO much! Love hearing you're enjoying the vids.
It also works great to make phone voices that play right after an ID or commercial to announce the artist of the next track. Then play the track.
Definitely! SO many cool uses.
Dude, good stuff. Are you from Canada? You sound like you're from Canada.
Thanks, Terry! Nope, born and raised in crazy Los Angeles.
LOL! @@RadioDJDude Keep those cards and letters coming. An old radio guy here from the '80s. Gulf Coast, Alabama. Enjoy your work.
Fantastic!
Thanks for the tutorials on RadioDj.
Also, I can't listen to your station in Ireland. It seems to be geoblocked.
Thanks for watching! I love Galway. Tell me more about your station. As for blocking, I just checked and my host isn't blocking Ireland. How are you trying to listen?
How?
How many times have I put a mic live and found nothing? In over 20 years of live radio broadcasting - never! Very unprofessional not to plan at least the basis of each link and if you start to lose impetus recover with a forward prom, station ID, time check and get into the next track or segment. When you said “We’ve all been there” you lost me.
Worst I’m afraid is your ‘sample phoner’ at 2:59. You’ve insulted people with mental health issues and those that sympathise with them. That’s affinity with most of your audience gone at that point.
You're exactly right! An unplanned break, most of the time, is a sloppy one. No break shouldn't be taken for granted, either. It's up to us to bring the magic every time. As for my opening remarks, they were meant to be provocative and not taken literally. :) Just like you wouldn't embark on a road trip without a destination in mind, you show know where you're going before you crack the mic.
