    But don't you think your BQ should have kitchen?
    Convert the front toilet to kitchen, and cut out toilet from the laundry room.
    Just observation.

    • @FloFinance
      @FloFinance  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Originally we just wanted to build something like a shed where we would be packing garden tools. So no plans for an external person to live there hence no need for a kitchen. Anybody sleeping there (when there's a large family gathering) will get food from the main house.

    Just wondering what the difference in using the six inch block vs the nine inch hollow block?

    • @FloFinance
      @FloFinance  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      9" is better: less weight, better for conduit and makes a house cooler. It's just that we already had some 6 inches blocks so we decided to go with that since it's just a boys quarters. That way, we can use up those blocks.

    • @FloFinance

      What you ask for is not something one can just tell you. You need someone in Ebonyi State to give you a cost estimate because prices of materials vary from place to place.

    I have to say, I have learnt alot from watching your videos. I will be going to Naija to start building my 5bedroom duplex. How long does it usually take to take it up to the decking level? and roof?

    • @FloFinance
      @FloFinance  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If everything is ready before you land, you can get to decking in 2 weeks at most. Depends on the number of workers you are ready to employ for the casting. And the terrain. In coastal areas the foundation takes time.
      Then for the decking you must wait for 3 weeks after casting for it to cure. So to roofing, 2 months. All things being equal.
