That type of insight is crazy to me, I use Google Ads but I can't even imagine where I can find sources like your channel to learn more and get better at my work (I'm a media buyer). Where should I start to get to this level?

good content same as usual!!! may i ask one question? if i have many products and many categories, is it necessary for me to post each video of them to test on youtube ads? same like general shopping ads do?

Not the best for everyone, even though I don't necessarily think they were trying to be horrible after almost 2 years to come up with a less than 0.50 ROAS at the end of that period and when I confronted the company about it to literally get a... if we were so bad why did you stay with us... as their response is the worst round of customer service after you literally promised:
#1. If you thought something was not going to work for my company you would let us know and not just keep taking my money
#2. Told me that you could get my company to a minimum of a 3.00 ROAS which is the typical margin on a retail company like mine.
You sales tactics were good, your promises FALSE and when confronted with those failures you offered me a "free month" of someone advertising my company, who is I believe my 3rd or 4th manager because of the bad performance and when I said no thanks, I am not going to continue letting someone lose me money, even if it is free on your end and I would appreciate a previous month being refunded... or more actually if we are going to do it on performance you refused to do even one month.
When I asked you where I can leave an honest review, you made it sound like you expected me to lie and reminded me that you "tried" on my account.
So here is my honest review. They lied, they had sales people making me believe that they were going to fix it multiple times.
They are taking no accountability other then Amazon and Etsy platforms may be out bidding me... but also admitted that isn't a problem with their other clients.
I do not believe every company is "right" for every company.. but after having my concerns on phone calls with Kasim and venting these fears, I was reassured and they just took more of my money.
I do not reccomend this company. Maybe they will work for you... maybe they won't. But if they won't I assure you they will do nothing other than trying to pass the buck and make you feel like an idiot.
I 100% feel like that idiot, shame on me...

Thanks for this great video John! I have a question, if I have a SaaS product campaigns with a lot of start trial conversions (current campaign goal) but very few sales (so it can't be used as a goal). Is it a good idea to give a low value to the start trial, a high value to the sale and run a maximize conversion value goal? That way we could have a comfortable number of conversions for optimisation but also giving a proper weight to the sale.

Quick question. Are you saying just in general people sign up for a free trial but don’t convert to paying customers in general?

@@maximeduprelatour8810 Got it. I would only import them as a secondary conversion action. This way, you dont lengthen your time lag and slow down your automated bidding strategies.

Hey John - why would it be scary if Google Ads conversions were taken away? Is importing from GA4 via GTM a "worse" way of tracking conversions?

      @@jackkeith1783 Sure!
You install both pixels, set one of them as secondary and wait
usually, the ads pixel is stronger by at least 10% - i have more than 50 accounts where i tested this out. Never war Analytics capturing more data than the ads pixel.
