Thank you for this in-depth guide. One question: For the abandoned browse and cart, How can you send emails to users that did not give their email address, yet?
Klaviyo has a feature called abandoned browse. This is a very little known feature inside Klaviyo, due to it's acceptance of it's user policy. If a user exists in any Klaviyo property world wide, they can be matched with their loggedin user idel and match to a user. Obviously, if they have opted out of tracking, this will not work. But the abandoned browse feature is extremely powerful to place a user into a flow inside klaviyo. Look at it like an audience of a user that has visitited a website, but if their details exist inside Klaviyo, they can be added to a Klaviyo abandoned browse audience, and can be integrated into a Klaviyo flow. @@solutionseight thank you for the reply. I need to check out Klaviyo, then :) Do your users also opt in to getting email or just the tracking?
