How is your skin sorry I may have missed your comment if you mentioned about skin? I have noticed under my left eye and a bit lower it’s becoming a lot dryer than my right side could you suggest why this is the case? Thank you 😊 by the way I haven’t taken this product just wanted to know your opinion on skin.

In 1776, Dr. Benjamin Rush, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, foretold a grim scenario that has now taken shape right before our eyes. He said: *"Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution the time will come when medicine will organize itself into an undercover dictatorship. To restrict the art of healing to doctors and deny equal privileges to others will constitute the Bastille of medical science. All such laws are un-American and despotic.".* Now, after the year 2000, we are very much facing this reality, as we live in an era where our medical freedom is increasingly under attack, and "healing" has been replaced with "treating" ‘diseases’ with toxic chemicals and surgery. This drug-driven medical paradigm not only depends on the sacrifice and, some might say, torture, of animals in medical research, but also in many ways uses humans as sacrificial lambs.
Remember the television series V back in 2009? The Visitors talk of universal health care (like Democrats and Obama). The whole push to get everybody insured was an emotional trick (get everyone into the doctor's office for a shot). Season 1, Episode 4 titled "It's Only the Beginning". The Visitors are using the flu vaccine to inject human beings with a biological "tag" so that they can be traced anywhere. The Visitors urge "Peace Ambassadors" to bring humans into "Healing Centers" for THE DAWN OF A NEW DAY.
      Dr Pierre Gilbert in 1995:
"In the biological destruction there are the organized tempests on the magnetic fields. What will follow is a contamination of the bloodstreams of mankind, creating intentional infections. This will be enforced via laws that will make vaccination mandatory. And these vaccines will make possible to control people. The vaccines will have liquid crystals that will become hosted in the brain cells, which will become micro-receivers of electromagnetic fields where waves of very low frequencies will be sent. And through these low frequency waves people will be unable to think, you’ll be turned into a zombie. Don’t think of this as a hypothesis. This has been done. Think of Rwanda"

The technology exist they even tested magneto protein into rats to stimulate release of dopamine from an electro magnetic field. Dopamine is involved in the reward pathway and thus it influence behaviour.

First of all I say, there is no such thing as a pathogen when it comes to bacteria. Pathogen means disease causing. Bacteria never cause disease. Chemicals cause disease. The pharmaceutical industry, the chemical industry and the military industrial complex don’t want you to know that everything they produce causes cancer and disease. They call all the natural things pathogenic so you’re completely confused and stupid. Bacteria that clean up, they are janitors; they are just janitors. They eat decaying, dead and toxic tissue. Depending on how toxic the tissue is, the bacteria may not be able to eat it because it would kill them. In that case, your body creates virus which are not alive, they are just solvents that will dissolve that matter that is contaminated..>.

I’ve been using vital proteins for a few months now and I swear by it. I like to mix it in a glass of 🍊 juice every day. It dissolves quickly and it’s another way of consuming vitamin d. I don’t take biotin pills anymore since I’ve discovered vital proteins. It has soften and cleared up my skin a lot. My skin is a lot smoother now. I have also noticed my hair is softer and shiner. I originally started taking it because a friend recommended it for healthy hair /hair growth. I saw improvements in the amount of hair shedding and my nails were so strong and long after three weeks of using it and now it’s part of my daily routine. One of the best products in the market today. Not to mention there’s 18g of protein! My best friend mixes it in her cup of coffee every morning and she’s expressed how string her nails are. Her hair is a lot shiner and smoother too. It’s the best beauty product discovered. ❤️

@@mirasingh7428 Hello, yes it has improved my skin quality in the past year. Idk about tightness since I use tretinoin cream which helps tighten and improve skin texture. I believe in combination it has overall. I believe if vital protein is taken every single day, 2 scoops, for 30 days you will see a difference … then you can decide whether to continue taking it or discontinue. I’ve seen a difference in my skin clarity, texture, hair and nails.

I really love this product, especially the unflavored kind. I have put this in other foods that I've made and it's not only odorless and tasteless but it doesn't change the color or consistency of the food. When I buy this, I often go to B.J's Wholesale Club and get it there. When I made chilli last week, I added some of this product to it and it came out great!

I have a question. I have been taking this product for about 10 months but I was recently told that the protein in this product doesn't actually count in your daily protein allotment because it's not a complete protein. Can you elaborate please..... thanks!

    • @laceyynicole21
      @laceyynicole21 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

You are correct. Collagen should not be taken as a dietary protein nor should it replace your whey or vegan protein shake, daily protein etc. Collagen has a completely different profile of amino acids than traditional protein. Traditional protein can help balance blood sugar, keep you full longer, and build muscle. Collagen will give you benefits of muscle support. Healing, elasticity, inflammation, recovery. As well as with skin and hair benefits. (For most people they will see skin and hair improvements!)

Yes , great improvement on hair, nails take a bit longer to see effects, skin flourish and smooth. Ànd the best is I can gain in muscles and weight that I tried very hard to gain an ounce. Nothing works before until I started to use this, bought at Costco, I gain 2 pounds in a month after starting day of using collagen powder. I believe it improved and nourish to grow my muscles. I am 70. Now I am happy to see myself in the mirror. I did cook and drink daily my homemade bone broth for years, but the results are not same and fast like using supplement. Because the powder is all extracted from animal bones that we can not totally extract from cooking.

You said the magic words - amino acids. Anytime I've used a product, I've always seen better results when amino acids are involved.

They removed the scoop, and I can't help but be suspicious that this was to get people to use more of the product. If you look at the serving size, it states 4 TBSP (20g). Using a kitchen scale I discovered immediately that 20 grams, or .7 ounces isn't even 3 TBSP. 4 puts you up around an ounce or 28.35 grams.

Will add VP for my morning routine. Thank you for your review. Only one think would like to add that collagen has different types, I and III which is in VP is for hair, nails, skin and bones. Those who are looking to boost collagen levels in joints should look for a type II.

Hi! I just watched your TH-cam on the Vital Proteins Collagen powder (blue bottle), I have a question for you. It says to add 1-2 scoop a day in an 8 oz glass. Is it ok if I use one scoop a day, and drink it from a small cup? In other words, can I use the 1 scoop and drink it in a SMALL cup of coffee? (Not an 8 oz coffee)

you get the same properties by eating Jello, that is the route I am going to take...
5 bags of jello equals the same amount like the container you are holding on your hand ( 20 oz.) if you don't mind eating a little bit of sugar, I don't, so Jello is only $1 a box, way cheaper, I also buy a box of unflavored gelatine here and there...I like jello anyway :)
