Thanks very much for the clinic! I have been experimenting with zercher squats within bodybuilding parameters with very slow eccentrics and I absolutely love the zercher hold. Have a fantastic day and take care!
Started the Jefferson Curl at the beginning of this year with a 20lb dumbbell, now up to 140lb for 12 reps and my back feels better than ever. I've never seen so much development of my spinal erectors before either.
This dude’s legit, been trying out alot of his methods the last cuppa years and my gains have blown up and I constantly get accused of steroid abuse as a lifetime natty. While I wouldn’t switch my whole training to his style, taking a few of his exercises and his maximalist mindset is a gamechanger for us noble natties. 💪🏻💪🏻
ironically i did jefferson curls while injured (QL spasm) and it helped loosen things up and help me feel comforable with bending. i just used a 15lbs dumbell and high reps
@@atlaspowershrugged can't you just do this without the hip flexion and extension and just bend at the spine only then you will use lighter weight and have ultimate isolation exercise for erectors
Zercher rdls I do and have done because the bar placement is directly across from mid back. I now deadlift 916 raw convention without straps. It had its place for sure
@@atlaspowershrugged ohh 100% man. I think people zurchers now because of the allure of it however they do it. I found that ssb goodmornings have a similar effect but I’ve never felt my upper back be more challenged from a lift because if your chest caves you drop it. Very good video here btw 🤝
nice video but majority of this guys content is elitist and he aint much physically seems along the lines of my way is the best if it was all so amazing more would do it one dude hasnt found some hidden secret guy needs to learn to \ portray better who ever did this video he needs to take note because he doesnt act like this on his own content
you're so brainwashed by tiktok and social media that you don't even realize that you're a walking meme " Ain’t much physically" lmao. This guy is literally peak natty. Let me guess, you think Mike O Hearn is natural too?
Thanks for having me on! Wish I'd been able to hit a pr, but the exercise explanations came out pretty well!
followed u after going viral for that arthur lift back in 2020. its crazy seeing how far youve gotten 👊
@dungzlatt2434 thanks dude, I appreciate it!

I'm not saying it can't help while injured, but it's worth being cautious

Fair enough. I'm not saying it never has a place, just using it as an example of zercher doesn't always make everything better.

Gonna try these out, thanks for the tip
Great vid! i'm so glad you guys are educating people to not fear spinal flexion🔥🔥🔥
Reasonable caution, not fear!
Out of all fitness influencers, Atlas has a top 5 IQ
high IQ never led to a PHD (pretty huge delts) so I'll take his advice
Heh more than you

“Ain’t much physically” why don’t you post a 315 jefferson curl

this dude does insane lifts
you're nuts if you think the stuff he does is "ain't much physically"
A squat U fanboy I'm guessing? I was pretty charitable to him in the podcast actually.
