That's when Wally came up with the idea of running to the end of time where life no longer exists, because without life, death too couldn't exist. Wally defeats death because far in the future death doesn’t exist because there is nothing alive, but the problem with that logic is that Wally traveled to the future, therefore bringing life into existence at that time and giving death an anchor, as long as Wally is there death would still exist.

Wally could always use the Speed Force even after he was disconnected from it since it is forever linked to him creating it. It just took a little bit of mental strength to tap into it once again. In other words, he couldn't get it up because he was traumatized.

He did techno outrun him, outrun doesn’t always mean to go faster than, it can mean to simply beat someone to a location If a man were chasing you and his speed always matched yours plus a bit more, and he was chasing you as you ran to your home, even though he’s faster and is catching up, even if he’s right behind you, if you reach your home and slam the door shut in his face, you have outran the man, that is what flash did What the other flashes did was simply keep running, while in the example above you ran to your home instead of continuing to run down the street, the other flashes instead just kept running, and so they were caught as enough time passed for black to catch up
