  • 50년 경력 용산 방앗간 떡집
    가래떡,쑥절편,인절미,현미 백설기,영양떡,팥시루떡 등 - (2,000원~ 5000원)
    떡 만드시는데만 50경력이시고 용산에서 39년 방앗간을 운영하셨다고 하십니다.새벽 4시부터 쉴세없이 떡을 만들고 계십니다.
    떡 종류도 엄청 다양하고 맛도 아주 끝내줍니다.^^
    바로 근처에는 백빈 건널목(땡땡거리)이 있는데 드라마 '나의 아저씨' 촬영했던 곳으로 도심속 옛스러움을 간직하고 있는 감성적인 장소입니다.

    떡과 추억
    떡을 보면 마음 따뜻해지고 내가 배고팠던 학생시절이 생각 떠오르네요.
    한국에 유학을 가고 학비 집세 내고 남은 돈으로 생활 할거면 쓸돈은 한개가 있지요.
    교통비 포함해서 식비랑 하루에 12000원 생할비 잡다 카페도 너무 가고싶고 그러면 2800원찌 학식 먹어야 될텐데 그날 메뉴가 매운거밖에 없었을때.. 지금은 나 한국음식에 너무 익숙해져서 매운거 잘 먹지만 당시 못먹어서 점심을 굶어, 빵은 싫고, 라면도 싫고, 편의점 갈 시간이 없고 도서관에 가는길이었다. 우리 학교 어떤 행사가 가끔씩 있어 종종 공차로 떡을 얻어먹기 했다. 그만큼 한국에서는 정다운 나눔 문화가 있더라.
    그러던 어느날 내 눈앞에서 사람들 뭉쳐서 떡을 주고 받고 하고있다. 처음엔 아는 사이가 아니라면 받을수 없은가싶어서 멀리서 보고있다가 순간 행사분이랑 눈이 맞추었다.

    내 손에 와우 떡이 실하고 진짜 크다. 나 이걸 받았으니 오늘 점심 저녁으로 먹어야겠다. 오늘은 남은 돈으로 카페에 갈수 있겠다. 아 정말 감사해요 !
    그래서 지금도 박스에 잔뜩 담아 들어간 떡을 보면 내 마음이 따뜻해지고 심장이 뛰어.. 아..한국은 정말 좋아 진짜 좋다. 모르는 사이이더라도 힘 나게 해주고 행복하게 만들어주는 한국이 그리워 정말 또 가고싶다.

      떡은 새벽부터 많들어서 오전에 끝났어요. 마지막 철길 앤딩장면만 며칠후에 다시와서 밤에 촬영했어요^^😊

    밥 해먹기 귀찮을 때 먹기 위해 냉동실에 비축되어 있는 가래떡,
    쌀 9KG에 25,000원 지불하면 편하게 먹던 가래떡을 만드시기 위해 새벽부터 작업을 하시네요
    뭐든 쉬운 게 없다는 걸 늘 느끼면서 살지만 새삼 또 느끼게 되는 영상입니다
    그리고 각종 다양한 떡 정말 맛있어 보입니다 😊 트래블 푸드님 촬영하시느라 고생하셨습니다

      이날 새벽부터 촬영하는라 고생했지만.. 방앗간 사장님 정말 부지런히 일하시는거에 비하면 저는 아무것도 아니라는걸 새삼 느꼈습니다. 떡에 들어가는 재료도 시골에서 농사 지어서 사용하시고 떡도 아주 맛있었습니다.^^

    I love the video, at 64 years young, I own a Laundromat, drop of services, my Daughter help, and ME, I, and MYSELF do the work that may be need to be done by 3 more people, but we manage, and the best of all, WE ARE HAPPY, HEALTHY AND TOWEDER, we have a small snack counter to go, with EPIC GOURMET FOOD COOK BY ME, I do my own publicity, accounting including banking, cleaning, repairs, buyer to, chef, cashier, and everything we may need to do, to have our business at the best service of our clients.
    Before pandemia, was good, now is trying to survive, but I LOVE TO SEE THEY LOVE AND RESPECT WHAT THEY DO, God Bless them.
    I found a way to do this at home, Korean Markets have a rice !!! FLOUR !!! on the frozen section, THAT IS THE DIFFICULT PART AND IS DONE THANKS TO THE READY RICE FLOUR, mix that with water to have a paste that You cook steam and pass them by the SAUSAGE MAKER, LIKE A BIG RICE NOODLE, put them in ice cold water. ( sorry that I can't explain how to do it, I cook by eye, but just have the whole process of the rice grounded is a lot.
    Virtual life would make disappear all this beautiful traditions,? WE NEED TO LEARN EVERYTHING WE CAN EVERY DAY TO ENRICH OUR LIVES AND NEVER FORGET.

    이분 확실히 오래 하신분이시네요 가래떡을 뽑을때 오른쪽이냐 왼쪽이냐에 따라서 그사람 경력을 짐잠할수잇습니다 왼쪽이면 20년 내외 오른쪽이면 20년이상입니다

    설거지 할때 쓰는 뻐얼건 고무장갑 끼고 떡 만지는건 떡 맛 떨어지게 합니다. 요즘은 음식 만질때 끼는 장갑끼세요.

      안 끼면 저 뜨거운거 못만집니다
      아저씨는 왜 안끼냐면 물이랑 같이 작업하는 쪽이라 물로 손을 식히니까요 마지막으로 남하는일 우습게 보지마시구요

    가래떡은 두세번 빼야하는데 꼴랑 한번 빼고 마네 저 떡은 끓이면 다 풀어진다 ㅉㅉㅉ

      네.가래떡은 최소 2번 3번 다시 빼야합니다. 그이유는 더쫄깃하고.흐트러지지않죠. 끓였을때요. 떡국을 망치는거죠.!!!!!그래서 떡뺄때도 직접 확인해야죠. 상인들이 얼렁뚱땅정신 .장인정신이 없는거죠.!!!!!!현실이죠.!!!
