Raafi this is great! It gave me chills watching it to the end. You know how to pull emotions into a camera and make the person who's watching on the other side feel inspired. There's nothing more satisfying than creating something and seeing that finished piece of work.
Thank you for saying that. It does feel weird to make an unboxing video while talking about it in an emotional way. Glad to hear the reasons for doing so are working.

We planned it for that light :) and right after I got done talking the sun went behind a building. Some of the insert shots are from that period, which also looks great.

Will you be doing a camera review at any point, or at the very least give us some samples of you pushing the camera to it's limits (dynamic range), using non-cinema lenses (ie, f2.8 and such like).
Hi José, thanks for watching. Yes, I’ll also be doing a review after the short is done. But that may take another couple months. We’ve got a lot of post on the short. I did start shooting for the review: adding some thoughts and reflections. Stay tuned.

Is the lense kit a part of the pro package?
I wish! The lenses are almost the same cost as the camera.

It was the regular package. I already have the pro package from the Terra4k, so can share accessories between the two

Mavo 6k or Terra 4k?
tough call. I've never shot on the Mavo 6k, and the Terra 4k was my first cinema camera so I'm a bit partial to it ;)

Yup. He was one of the first to have one, kinda like me with Kinefinity. He’s posted a bunch of stuff with it

Did they literally just put the camera in a small bubble wrap bag in a large cardboard box? That seems like a pretty bad way to package something that expensive and potentially delicate. 🤔
T Freeman there were several layers of bubble wrap that I edited out of the video
Raafi Rivero Okay that's certainly comforting! I was worried that Kinefinity somehow neglected to properly package their camera (though the lenses seemed quite safe in their case).
