      It’s way too mean on 72v, and set up like this 😅
      But…it’s worth it 🫶
      I love the turbo jet sound at high Rpms, it keeps me plugged in 😅
      The PAS gets the peak power around 3000w+ 🫶 I run the Nylon stock gear greased up , without problems 👌
      I have also a steel gear, but….it’s no point to change it, as I opened up the motor and everything is like new…. Plus it’s enough noise the turbo sound produces …🥹

      @@lewebvirtuel9503 I assure you that it’s fast and it has lasted for a long time 🫡
      I am using the motor on FOC controllers for 2 years and last month when I opened the motor to grease it up again, and to inspect the nylon gear ( in order to put a steel one) I found out that the motor looked like new inside , plus the noise when the chain is not on is way too smooth 😊
      Maybe other models , but the model I use looks like people are very happy with them ( including me )
      I changed one controller because I opened up the pcb board and I did some silly engineering things ( but that is just because of me, not because the controller is bad 👍🏻 )
      I had many crashes, but not because of speed, just because of trying to do tricks at 10-20km/h….and I do not plan to have other ones anymore I hope😅
      Idnk your experience with this motor and controllers, I don’t want to say something wrong, but I am sure you haven’t dealt too much with it/them ( the motor is a heavy duty which can be stretched up to 6-7kw on peak powers , and 3-4kw on continuous until the battery drains, or the motor gets hot and the controller cuts some power )🙏
      The motor it’s greased up with high quality grease, temperature sensor installed inside the motor, heat sinks installed on the motor, controller tuning….( I would say : proper work )😁
      Iiiiiiii know people would be heavenly happy to see it broken, but unfortunately it won’t happen ( I have tried to brake it since I did the conversion, but….I haven’t succeeded yet 😅 )🤗
      Thanks for your input and…ride safe too 😊

    You know what it seems like you need, more power baby! Flipsky 75200 for those juicy 200 phase amps and a nice 22S battery. Are you running MTPA?

    • @alex.copilu
      @alex.copilu  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Wouldn’t be a problem to get the 75200 pro v2.0, but for that I need also another battery which is quite pricey for the budget for the moment….
      It’s a 50bms battery….and without heating up too much, would be around 70-80bms, and 8000w with 5000w continuous…. This is what I think…
      I might get one day that battery, but…still happy with what I can squeeze from this setup 🫶
      If I shift one gear, 36T, it goes around 80km/h , and it’s enough…🫣😅 As you see in the video when I start I went hard, and at the end of that little run, I stopped throttling it, as it had 72km/h and it was ….enough 😅 The bike lifts up from 40km/h when I throttle it hard, and has around 25-27kg🫣
      Yup, IQ Target, and many other settings ON 👍🏻

    • @Bengy22

      @@alex.copilu Yeah batteries not cheap, but no need battery needed to take advantage of those phase amps. I run 150 and it tried to flip me off even at 25mph. My bbshd doesn't like to pull more than 6.5kw even with limits much higher, I think that's the limit motor can pull. How much of a difference did mtpa make, my tune is great other than mtpa causing power surges / bucking even at low throttle so I don't run it :( . And your wheelies will improve with time, they will get much better! Maybe I should post a video of mine, too warm right now though where I am sun makes me melt over 100f + humidity so I haven't ridden much lately

      It’s harsh when start throttling, but I am used with it and I press it around 1-2cm when I start, or I go pedals, as it’s what I need 😁
      I hope , I will get better on wheelies at one point, but many times I back up as too many previous bike accidents 🫣
      Ummm…I haven’t seen mine more than 62 degrees after a loooong hard run 😁👍🏻

    • @Bengy22
      @Bengy22 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@alex.copilu I would recommend giving it a try, just keep those core temps under control! The harshness could be your hub engaging, a high engagement hub (but make sure it can take the power) is good or you can try the "zip tie cassette" mod. I run it and enjoy it because no slop in the drive train. Also check your ramp up time. Nylon gear you shouldn't go below .35 seconds. Just need to get the technique down, the power is there. Oh I mean I will melt, not the motor haha too hot for me to want to leave the house!

      I am going to try the 150amps, hopefully everything will go well , and I won’t screw up too much the battery 😁👍🏻
      I think you are right about the hub wheel snap ( the wheel is new, but the power on it it’s a lot ) ….I have not heard about the zip tie mod, but I will give it a try to see how it behaves maybe will help and I might even like it…
      The best I think is to change a bit few settings at the throttle curve: throttle expo , and throttle expo mode 🤔 I just have to play 5 minutes, and… I will sort it out 😁
      I would like to see more videos based on vesc+bafang, but GOOD BUILDS , not what is shared around at the moment ( shit bikes, Hardtail, or small women bikes only on streets, and with all the organs flying everywhere)👎🏻
      A monster is : the forest ripper ,based on Vesc ♥️
      I was waiting for this weather since last summer 🤣 it might depends also on where we might live in, but here in UK….you can not complain of too much heat 😅👍🏻

      I took the first controller almost 6 months ago, and 1 month ago it broke due to some of my silly “ engineering skills “on the pcb board…. ( I have broken connectors, and I have soldered them up+ other things until I burnt it when I touched a wire on circuits soldering on the board with the controller on 🫣)
      It was a beaten up horse to get into the Vesc platform, and to learn things about it ….
      Now I have a second one with which I try to be much more careful 👍🏻👌
