I'm glad i came across this video as i have a banshee spitfire with a similar shock placement and wasn't sure about mounting the battery underneath but I'm confident now it will work.

@@simonyallop1488 it should work …Looks like a slacked good bike for that purpose 👍🏻it needs a big fork to have enough travel in order to be comfortable and the wheel not to touch the battery….
200mm double shoulder were too slacked for me , making the bike over-forked , not that briliant on turns, thus I came back to the 170mm normal fork .
At mine I can not use its full travel, but I use 2/3 from it and I don’t need more….
It’s a 72v battery which is longer than the cased 52v one…( with the 52v I can use the full travel of the fork )
      Good luck 👍🏻

      @@simonyallop1488 no worries,
      I help with what I can 😊
Should be fine 160mm ( I used 100mm Rockshox Judy and even then things were fine ) and also that you have a try on battery to see if it fits 👌
Take all the air from the fork out, and then see how the battery fits there…
That’s the way of testing it 👍🏻

I'm curious which settings you use. I have a Flipsky 75100 pro v2 but it seems very jerky. Keeps giving me an overcurrent fault. Could you share your .xml or give me some pointers on how to tune it properly? I'm also curious how you managed to get the PAS setup properly. Very nice build you have there dude.

@@minalobudeshte my rear brake it’s on the right side ( Europe style, as I am from eastern Europe ) ….
I have it like this because for me it’s natural on whatever side it is ( meticulous fingers, and also thumb throttle, not twist one) , but it is also handy braking with the right and throttle it with the left in the same time ….
I had it even on the right side when I did my first build, but….in time I found out that this works the best for me…😁

@381delirius when i have a throttle on a 2 wheels, I always think of riding a motorbike. That is why the first thing I do when buying mtb is to change the position of the breaks. On the right side, the front brake and on the left the rear. Same with the throttle. It is always on the right hand no matter twist or thumb. But hey..this is my problem. Thanks again for your opinions and have a great time riding your vehicles.

    • @alex.copilu
      @alex.copilu  19 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@minalobudeshte yup… that on the rider’s appeal….
I have had twist throttle left and right sides ( but I don’t find it right when I go off road and I have to hold the handlebars tight without accidentally twisting the throttle, and also not my hand to get blocked on opened throttle ).
I have had also the thumb throttle on the left and right sides , but for me….the spot on place for it is thumb on the left 🫣😁
My first thing when I have an UK bike, is to change the brakes ( rear on the right side ) 😅
I can not judge that, as everybody it’s used in different ways 👍🏻
