Pokémon Rejuvenation - Mech Gyarados (Electric/Ground Dual Type)

Difficulty: 1/10
More of a fight for plot reasons than an actual battle. The same is true for the Risa Reshiram and Jean Zekrom fights, so I'm not going to bother uploading those, since those are even easier than this fight.

Aevian Lampent (Evolve Aevian Litwick: Axis Factory, if not Mystery Egg)
Chapter 15 Ground types:
None this chapter.
Rules:
I can only use Electric- or Ground-type Pokémon in battle. I can have non-Electric- or Ground-type Pokémon on my team, but they can't contribute to the battle in any way.
I'm also not allowing myself to use Pokémon that eventually evolve into Electric- or Ground-types, but aren't Electric- or Ground-types themselves (For example, Mudkip would be disallowed, but Marshtomp wouldn't be)
I can't use two of the same Pokémon.
I can't use items in battle.
The whole run is being done on Normal mode. I'm not insane enough to put myself through Intense mode, sorry.
