I had a guy come to my work yesterday who said he needed fuel for his soldering gun. I took him to the little tanks of different gases and asked him what kind it took. He said he doesnt know he got it 35 years ago and hasnt used it. I said idk what to give him then and he demanded I give him the right fuel. I said sir you're going to have to bring your soldering gun in then so we can see what it takes. He flipped and told me how I have no idea what I was doing and that I get a manager over IMMEDIATELY so they can give him the right fuel. So, I got a manager over and they told him the same thing and that's when he saw a gun like his on the shelf and said that was the one.... it turned out he had a torch that you screw onto the top of a propane tank.... had nothing to do with soldering.... and as he walked away he said to my manager "I'm glad someone around here has some damn sense" and I was like... what the FUCK.
