      Thanks for reaching out to us. I would to do a more in depth video on the pros and cons and the differences between the newer models and older. Our video barely covered the true reason why a Tornador is a must in the detailing industry.

    Very believable video. I like that you blew away the misconceptions. I have used this equipment and I know it is not a cure all, but it is good for cleaning dirt and blowing away left over water.

    Best video out there on the Tornador (Velocity Vac)! I was very intrigued by the velocity vac, but I'm making due without! I got the latest and greatest Dyson for boot carpets and matts, which works really awesome. This last carpet I did had SO MUCH sand in there, it filled up the bin in about 10 seconds. After that, barely anything came up!
    Love your vacuum, if there's anything we need, it's a big and powerfull vacuum cleaner!

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sometimes the size of the vacuum is not the best. It’s usually the CFM or equivalent when it comes to suction power. I’m really glad you liked the video and thank you for all of the positive feedback. Should I do a video on the vacuums we have?

      Vacuum Attachment: amzn.to/3xZWsnr. It basically attaches to the gun easily. I think there is one screw to remove. If you want me to make a video on the install and use, let me know.

      This one is a bit expensive, but tell me what you think: amzn.to/3yrAUBN. I listed some more links to other compressors in the description. Having a good source of air is necessary. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Isn't there a metal upgrade available for the tube? I wouldn't think the plastic nozzle would hold up very well. Been looking to find a metal version. Thanks.

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  หลายเดือนก่อน

      The metal versi0on has held up for years. Eventual it can corrode to the tool and break, but again it took years. I also do not recommend metal as then you can start scratching materials inside of the vehicle.

    What product did you put in the bottle of the tornador

    Will it work with small wet vacs?

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it can!! You may need to grab a reducer kit from Home Depot or Lowes, but yes it will work.

    • @josephmontoya3090
      @josephmontoya3090 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Reducer Kit….meaning the adapters? Also, can you just purchase tornador part, meaning without solution tank?

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@josephmontoya3090 yes adapters so that the Tornador Vac Attachment seats to your vacuum properly. And yes, you can just buy a standard Tornador, but I’d recommend the tank because it cysts down your time on cleaning.

    Hi, really enjoying the vids on your channel. I wanted to ask; I've been looking at the Tornador Max, but I'm unsure if the extra Tornador tool attachments work with it. I know they work with the Tornador Black. Can you confirm or deny which ones do or don't work with the Max, or if any at all work? Thanks, and keep up the great content!

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I know that the Tornador Storm vac attachment works with it. What other attachments would you like me to check out?

    • @PoleSlapMuch
      @PoleSlapMuch 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@LavaGRAutoDetailing Thanks for the quick response, I was mistaken that the Tornador ZV-240 Velocity Vac Dry was an attachment, I now see that it is a completely separate tool. I'm mainly interested in knowing if the ZV-200 Tornador Velocity-Vac attachment does work with the MAX, as everywhere I see it advertised it only mentions working with the BLACK.

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@PoleSlapMuch it most definitely works with the Max as well. I love it! It attaches the same way and no adjustments are needed.

      So does the vacuum attachment work with ALL tornador products? I'm on the fence which to buy. I want the z030 but not sure which vacuum attachment to get, and if it will be compatible with my stanley 1 1/4" hose

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What air compressor do you use?

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Currently we are using an 80 gallon Ingersolrand (is that how you spell it?). We purchased it from Tractor and Supply. However, it is not big enough for our shop if all 4 detailers are using air at once. We will be upgrading it soon!!

    100 psi isn't enough

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  ปีที่แล้ว

      100psi is more than the recommended amount by Tornador. Hence, why my tools have to be maintained more frequently.

    • @bluegrasskid4835
      @bluegrasskid4835 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why is 100 psi not enough? Tornador only recommends 90 psi as is.

    • @LavaGRAutoDetailing
      @LavaGRAutoDetailing  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@bluegrasskid4835 I am kind of confused by your post. First you tell me it is not enough and then follow up with recommendations. We like to live on the edge and go higher, however the newer models have a regulator built inside that limits how much psi you get.

    your mat test pissed me off, you added the sand and chunks to it from a cleaned mat.
    The chunks didn't just magically come out when you blasted it. It was there because you added it.
