Please film the Visa Bulletin Predictions🙏🏻 and can you speak how long does it take for NVC to schedule interview after a certain visa type’s status got currant.
Huge movement in some categories with the March visa bulletin now out.
It only makes sense after with the way the DoS held back the dates and the visa numbers issued dropped to almost zero.

I don’t follow that beyond looking at the visa issuance which tells you if the DoS is doing their job.

Thanks for this video. I have been checking the F2B timeframe in Visa Bulletin for may be 3 consecutive years and it did not move AT ALL. I have no idea when it starts moving but don’t believe it will reach my PD (Feb 2021) in this decade unfortunately. What do you think?
It will, probably 2028..... Could be sooner if the covid years visas are ever recaptured

I have an immigration application for my husband, category F2a
The file was completed a year ago at the embassy in Djibouti
But when time passed and I did not get an appointment for the interview, I transferred my file to the American embassy in Malaysia three months ago.

Just to give an idea how catastrophically behind the DoS is let us look at F4 RoW. To issue 46800 F4 RoW visas per year 1463 need to be issued each week.
For the first quarter the DoS has issued 5338 of these or 6362 visas less than they should have issued.
If the DoS wants to issue all 46800 visas this year they will need to do at least 6k per month which is improbable. But that would give priority dates of
Apr = jul 8 2007
May = Aug 1 07
Jun = sep 8 07
Jul = oct 8 07
Aug = Nov 8 07
Sep = Dec 8 07
Because those numbers per month are so high the likely outcome is that they just return to where they should be of 3900 visas issued per month which gives a current wasted visas number of 9748.
If the DoS continues with its current averages the f4 RoW wastage is set to be 17410.
The total visa wastage for fy 2024 when extrapolated is 28950.

I have 21 April 2016, still 5 months to be current. I'm documentarily complete is it true that I will have interview 1-3months after becoming current in Warsaw? And also they just rejected my B1/B2 application it is so illogical system, why they can't help people with family immigrant visa pending. B2 can apply for AOS and interview for work but they can't give you one if you break ties with home country, there should be some kind of bridge between people that are close to green card and still want tourist visa and europe doesn't even need tourist visa on ESTA for 3 months this doesn't make sense

F2B and F1 are the ONLY family categories where the DoS is issuing as many or more visas than you would expect for the first quarter of fy 2024.
I would expect movement in the other categories because they are issuing less visas per month now than they were in 2022 and 2023 and are catastrophically behind in how many visas should be issued per quarter if it was split evenly between quarters.

This is my general inquiry. I would like to know that if I transfer my case to USA Consulate in Mexico from Islamabad Embassy. In my case, my Priority date will be changed as the one of Mexico?will it remain as priority date of my birth country Pakistan or the priority date does not matter as my interview will be scheduled based on when my documents are qualified? From the order in which my documents are qualified and when the date for visa interview is scheduled , I can appear for visa interview either in Pakistan or Mexico (if i show my mexican resident permit and transfer my case to Mexico). As I am very confused about this as in Mexico priority date is running differently and DQ date is also running differently. I would really appreciate your feedback regarding this query.
No, your priority date won't change if you transfer your case. Consulates use their own priority dates to schedule interviews, but that only applies before your case reaches the National Visa Center (NVC). Once NVC is processing your case, your interview will be scheduled based on your original priority date and the workload at the consulate where you apply. Transferring your case may affect wait times, but USCIS will determine the interview location based on your residence, not the consulate's priority date.
