    Thanks a lot for all your advice!!! I'm planning to go to Kedarnath for my 50th birthday with some of my closest friends. I went once in 2004, and there were some gaps in my training. We are from the Caribbean and we need to begin training with plenty of time ahead. Thanks again!

    How should I prepare for a trek just one week before

      At least an hour of cardio exercise/workout would be required to be prepare yourself for an Himalayan trek. Its mainly to open up your body so that while trekking your body doesn't get exhausted.
