Hey Kevin, Congrats! I’m super pumped for you!! As an airline pilot now I may be a little rusty on my FAR Part 119 Regulations, but BEFORE you sell that seat, I’d highly advise you consult with someone who’s knowledgeable on these regulations! The FAA has their own interpretations on commercial operators, common carriage, etc., and if the plane is for private use, but you advertise seats for sale, it may land you with a conversation at your nearest FSDO (Flight Standards District Office) or a letter of some sorts from the FAA. I figured I’d just give you that as my .02¢ just in case it hasn’t been looked into yet. Otherwise, enjoy the jet my man! Merry Christmas :)

This is awesome. And also a great business strategy. To join Kevin on his plane it will cost $2900 per person. At 7 seats per event that's $20,000. Not bad at around 4500 reservations the jet just paid for itself minus the operating costs. Love it and congrats. Would love to see the plane if your ever in Houston.
