I'm not in the market for a jet, but these videos are priceless. If you're learning how to conduct yourself as a businessman with integrity I would put Steve at the very top. These are unbelievable videos on salesmanship. However, I'm not sure Steve should be selling jets or a movie star - He's definitely got the Hollywood look going for sure. Thanks for all these fantastic videos, Steve. I would love to meet you one day.
When you start your business at first, there will be a whole load of naysayers, it the time that will have the naysayers going "wow, look at where you're at and the achievement you succeed". Success takes time and I'd reckon Steve not only achieves that, but his personal persona and the way he tells amateurs and or professional over the things they said over his business is a real class of its own. Not many you will see out there who will be and stay calm, even when you are being poked around. He should be a masterclass about self esteem and sales techniques, not only limited to the private jet world, but to all products a salesman can sell.
This was indeed a very good conversation. I just hope they start a subsidiary in Asia too, India, Dubai or Singapore. Advantage is many clients can then deal directly with them through their holding companies rather than subsidiaries which is done to protect oneself from likes of US/NATO sanctions.
Thanks for this interview. I really like Steve's approach of conducting business. This is exactly the kind of person I'd do business with. I've noted his info for later. I will be a buyer in 2-3 years.
So the principal can always call Steve when he wants a second opinion or confirmation from that of his operator or cousin the Air Force pilot. Excellent.
Really enjoyed this episode, Steve's persona reminds me of another Steve I've met in Aspen ... Steve Wynn of Las Vegas. Both are the kind of person you can do business with and feel good about it.. I hope to meet and/or speak with you one of these days.
when i bought my challenger 604 i told the broker point blank you showup in a suit and try to talk me in chartering it i will walk out, this is for private use.i did write the check. 6million and the jet had already had everything on the checks done to it. they did become my management company got my pilots and off we went, took however long it took the bank to wire th money to aircraft insured, was done in a day i saw it on controller liked what i saw and called and bought it, i do not care about the advantages i knew the advantages
Lol. Here I am living hand to mouth and barely afford groceries because of inflation and I'm watching a guy talking about how to buy a private jet. What's wrong with me.
A good question I would have liked to hear asked is how much money do you need to (whats a healthy minimum net worth) have as a minimum to purchase and maintain a aircraft! Otherwise great interview!
my uncle owns a cessna citation xls which is a midsized jet. ive heard him talking about it to another member of the family, he budgets about 1.5 million a year. his last plane which was a smaller jet about 1.1 million. there are so many factors that impact that but for a small to midsized expect to pay in the low to mid 1 million range
I understand perfectly well why billionaires need business jets, but as an aviator, it pains me to look at such a huge amount of empty space in the jets this man mostly sells. You don't need such a distance between the seats, nor such a high ceiling. An airplane doesn't have to try to be the size of a home movie theater. These non-essential things add a tremendous amount to the cost to the jet and the cost of its operation. Not to mention the fuel burn - because of transporting so much empty space, the pollution from this jets is MUCH greater than it could be. Comfort in a private jet should be no more than comfort in a good car + a lavatory. Anything more is absolute economic inefficiency, ignorance, and selfishness.
Dude, why fly in a bucket? Also volcanoes erupting release more toxins into the atmosphere than all manned aircraft on Earth combined! The 2.8% of overall pollution is from airplanes. Read more! ❤
And the end of it he comes across as just a used plane sales man. A UHNWI who is going to buy a new corporate jet(s) will go to the manufactures sales office, not this guy.
There are some who have multiple jets & some types are seldomly used. Some buy used jets only for use in respective foreign country which is put on charter when not in use but new one in home country. In other cases, charter jet availability is an issue but usage is not high. Not all buy for self use. I know people who have got used jets so that they can transport their engineers, small but critical goods at different project locations in Africa, Mongolia. They use this jet for 2-3 years & sell it off once work is completed.
No hesitation, barely a single stutter. Very high quality sales person.
I'll never buy a plane, I can barely buy a car, but I find Steve's channel fascinating and can't stop watching.
Im not entirely sure why I am watching this 😂 but great video nonetheless.
Same I j looked up private jet
Cant relate my future is changed now.
I guess the title 😮
This guy makes me feel like I’m just out of the private jet 🛩️ bracket in life.
How are you ever going to own a private jet if you dont know how to acquire one?
He doesn't seem like a guy who' judges people. That personality trait is an skill in sales. Steve does it so naturally!
The TH-cam Algo thinks I can afford a plane 😂😂 with 1400 buck in the bank but I am still watching

yes he could defintely play a role in hollywood. He's got the rizz
Steve is the best sales training I've ever run across. I'm going to look him up the next time I'm in London.
I’m a corporate aircraft mechanic. I never get to witness the passengers. Seeing who actually sits in these planes is amazing.
Steve was born to be a Master Salesman!
He can easiy sell ice to Escimos!

The guys' charisma is off the chart!
He reminds me a lot of George Clooney in his mannerism
Steve is a great sales guy. And understands customer orientation to a T
What a fantastic discussion. Some excellent take away that can be used in most sales industries. Thank you for sharing, Cheers 🇦🇺
Amazing to see
Winners think differently
Dude when I get rich I will buy a jet from you. Thank you
As Steve always says: Don't buy it because if you have a kot of money. Buy it because it will save you time. So why wait?
This was indeed a very good conversation. I just hope they start a subsidiary in Asia too, India, Dubai or Singapore. Advantage is many clients can then deal directly with them through their holding companies rather than subsidiaries which is done to protect oneself from likes of US/NATO sanctions.
This is excellent sales advice regardless of your field. Educate your client and they will sell to themselves.
Thanks for this interview. I really like Steve's approach of conducting business.

I'll be a buyer in 6 months... according to the projections
What do you do?
Nothing
So the principal can always call Steve when he wants a second opinion or confirmation from that of his operator or cousin the Air Force pilot. Excellent.
steve seems like a trustworthy person to work with
The only person I would ever buy a private jet from 💪

This guy is an absolute classic.

Very good
Sounds like he helps clients buy a pre-owned aircraft not a new one from the manufacturer.
Yes - would be much less need to pay massive broker fees if a person went straight to the manufacturer.
Lol. Here I am living hand to mouth and barely afford groceries because of inflation and I'm watching a guy talking about how to buy a private jet. What's wrong with me.
What a wonderful world.
Nothing. Decide to RISE. That’s the Beginning.
I wish the used car salesman I need to go see to buy a used Corolla from would take his job with the same passion.
i interested to buy a privet Boeing with pool inside
This guy almost got me taken in
What a cool showroom idea!
Wonder if he has a pilot license. ? Tom Cruise does
3 years give me 3 years I will visit you
Cradle to Grave! 😮
I’ll buy one…..eventually…..maybe in my dreams 🛏️💤
If I became mega rich I'd not bother... less hassle to to buy a fractional or even fly first class or business.
I didnt know Kirk Douglas is selling planes... 😮
A good question I would have liked to hear asked is how much money do you need to (whats a healthy minimum net worth) have as a minimum to purchase and maintain a aircraft! Otherwise great interview!
The answer is the same as always, if you have to ask you probably can't afford it.
generally 10X. if you buy a $15 mil jet your net worth should be $150m.
my uncle owns a cessna citation xls which is a midsized jet. ive heard him talking about it to another member of the family, he budgets about 1.5 million a year. his last plane which was a smaller jet about 1.1 million. there are so many factors that impact that but for a small to midsized expect to pay in the low to mid 1 million range
😊👍
Different world, 99.9% won’t ever be able to relate lol
The first and only step. Have money
I gg to ask Chris pual if i need one 😂😂😂😂.
I make 5 figures but I’m totally invested.
I want to work with you I like the way you are transparent
The comments are just FUUNY, one day i'll be in that seat buying an aircraft, REMEMBER ME ...
100 mil
would you really buy a used car from these guys?
Lets buy a Gulfstream 650
Nah a g700
Simples: You take your Black AMEX card out and put it on the table.
Nope… that won’t do it
And maybe you don’t want to wait 2 years for a new jet. Yes he deals in second hand… so what? There is a market for it. Go on… i’m listening
I'm not interested in content who nonchalantly explains he helped himself grow by not turning away drug cartel clients.
Step 1: have enough money to buy a jet.
Sorry I did not watch the video because I know that I will never be in that position.
567 claimed by the ONEEEEE I want to customize AIR FORCE 1 to my style im president of the UNITED STATES.
First step to buy a jet: be rich.
Step 1, get a large pile of money.

How about staying in 1 room kitchen to start with?

To each their own.
the dumbest question ever... if you have the cash what would be in between you and buying the jet?
Proof of how you got the cash 💀
