amazing video. love the creativity in it. and by the way, in order to activate the yeast, the ingredients being mixed with it you be warm, not steaming but a bit warm. next time you should put the warm milk, the yeast and the sugar to feed the yeast. let that sit for 10 minutes and after that it should be bubbling, that’s when you see the yeast is doing its job or not.
