Timpano is basically a giant Dutch Oven, lined with a sheet of pasta then stuffed with cheese, meatballs, sausage, hard boiled eggs, more pasta and more cheese and baked like some sort of lasagna calzone.

I’m lactose intolerant too and here are my best tips. Vegan butter tastes fine, lactaid milk is even better the regular, lactaid also makes bomb ice cream. And lastly lactaid makes a pill you can take right before you eat something you know will mess with your stomach and they work really well
