AHHHhhhh, now this is music I can exhale and relax to. I have their greatest hits in my car player right now:) I really enjoy ya'll reactions. Thank you.
LRB had some of the tightest harmonies. This is a great example of easy listening/yacht rock/contemporary music of a great decade for music. Their "Lady" is the best of all the songs titled "Lady", which I highly recommend.
I went into a little night club in south Louisiana one night when I was in my 20's. Low and behold this band was playing there and I was blown away by their sound and talent. These guys are too much. Love their sound. Very talented bunch.
South Louisiana ? Anywhere near N-awlins, by any chance? And if you don't know what "N'awlins" is referring to, it was probably not. A N'awlins native here. God bless you.
This song has a double meaning for me. Not only did it come out during one of the most memorable years if my life, the story and the music they mention are those from my parents' era. I could easily see my dad singing this to my mom--if he could carry a tune in his back pocket, anyway. 😅 I love you, Daddy.
I'm one lucky gal, I saw these guys in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1978. They played 1st as the back up band for Boz Scaggs and he was great but LRB stole the show in my opinion. Treat yourselves and listen to more of them. Great reaction !
I'm 50 now and I will always call this my dad's house cleaning music. I couldn't stand it as a little long haired rocker kid but I'm so glad this is what my dad listened to
You guys are absolutely correct! They're smooth as f*ck, great groove, lyrics, vocal harmonies, production, it's got all you need!! This kinda thing is very hard to come by nowadays. You guys are great too!! I'd love to see you guys talk more though. You know, about the history of the song and the band? Anyway, love the show, it's definitely smooth!! Sean Black
Was almost like an Australian Super Group when they started - with pedigrees that went back to the 60s - see Kings of The World by Mississippi (with Goble and Birtles on vocals) and any song by Axiom that has Glenn Shorrock on vocals
When I was a senior in high school, I took Radio and TV class. One of our group assignments was to make a commercial. We used this music to do an ad for a car.
Like the The 5th Element background. You guys are too cool. Lovin' it . A great song. The Little River Band has lots of them. Check out It's A Long Way There -- the unedited version. 8 minutes of utopia.
I do remember the song from the radio, but only remembered the "we'll go walking in the park" section. Hearing it now, I better understand the intent and context, as well as the "Night and Day" reference.
LRB had a lot of hit songs and good songs that were never played on the radio. Night Owls is one of my favorite songs that never got the attention it deserved. Cool Change is an epic song, Lonesome Looser, Lady, The Other Guy. It’s a Long Way There has some of the best guitar solos in my opinion.
Please do their song “Take it Easy On Me”… the video where you see the band singing. In that video the harmonies are so crazy and you can see each one sing his part. Each one could be a lead singer. 🔥
The perfect song… One of John Lennon’s favorites. Sadly the original band lost rights to their own name, crazy as that sounds. The band that tours as LRB is not the original band, is basically a cover band, using original LRB materials in their promotion.
You should listen to “it’s a long way there” by Little River Band. It’s a great song that helped the band emerge into the USA (they’re an Australian band).
Please listen to the other LRB frontman Mr John Farnham. Version of Reminiscing (Live) Performance. & compare to these one it’s much more lively. Thanks!!! AusieAusieAusieoioioioioi
Guess what? ..NO AUTO TUNE...... (PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT...ahem... "ARTISTS" THAT NEED AUTO TUNE..or they send songs out, with auto tune...)..) BRING BACK TALENT
It's not a visor, it's a frickin hat. She can wear what she wants and I'm sure she doesn't need your unsolicited opinions about how she dresses/looks. Stay in your own lane and mind your business! You're Shameful!!
AHHHhhhh, now this is music I can exhale and relax to. I have their greatest hits in my car player right now:) I really enjoy ya'll reactions. Thank you.
Me too!!!
200%

Every now and then a perfect song is recorded......this is one of them.

Perfect song for Reminiscing. Hey, it's right in the title. Yacht rock👍
Metal....u 🤓 smart
16 years old and playing this on the jukebox when I got to work at Pizza Inn.

Back when they knew how to make music right. If this song doesn't relax you, nothing will
I love the Little River Band. They are amazing. I remember loving them as a kid.
One of the few thats always cool af. A gentle rain in my brain. Cooling rain.
I can still smell her perfume . . . this song takes me right back there to the days when it was released.

Love this one!! Great music!!! 40 plus years of jamming this song!!1 Glad yall finally found it!!!
I'm 50 now and I will always call this my dad's house cleaning music. I couldn't stand it as a little long haired rocker kid but I'm so glad this is what my dad listened to
Yup too wimpy and bland top 40 garbage radio
Same scenario for myself, except it my Mom.
@@DENVEROUTDOORMANThe advanced chord changes and instrumentation of this song is nothing like the normal canned top 40 garbage.
In 1978 I was 21 yrs old listening to this song driving my 1978 Gold Trans AM , thanks for letting me drive down memory lane again.
And they still sound great! Just saw them on March 24. They really enjoy their audiance and appears to still enjoy performing. Fun concert!

Happy Anniversary Baby is a cool Little River Band song. The bass is killer.
One of my Fav Bands !! Great Reaction
LRB was a great band from the 70's&80's this is a great song...
"Lady" is my favorite!!!!!! Teen age memories!!!!!
They definitely 3:24 had the IT factor. Harmonizing vocals carried most of their songs
Smooth and jazzy
Thank God He created music.
Was almost like an Australian Super Group when they started - with pedigrees that went back to the 60s - see Kings of The World by Mississippi (with Goble and Birtles on vocals) and any song by Axiom that has Glenn Shorrock on vocals
I was 7 years old when this was released. I heard it for the first time about a year ago and I love it! Definitely on my playlist ❤
An all time fav
Always felt wrong that this was categorized as rock. Feels closer to straight R&B with those jazzy tritonal harmonies. Love it
My senior Prom theme song...YES Im that old LOL
This is the perfect song to grab your sweetie.
Try " The other Guy," or "Cool Change." Their harmonies are always strong
Great Song ❤️🎺🎤🎶❤️🎺🎤🎶
The memories.....
Love this. Always have! Magnificent!!
Love it. Glad you did too.
one of the smoothest and cruisiest songs ever.................
I really enjoy your reaction video, also new "Spacey" background is groovy.
I dig your background!
When I was a senior in high school, I took Radio and TV class. One of our group assignments was to make a commercial. We used this music to do an ad for a car.
Love you guys keep rocking
Check out their catalog great stuff
Like the The 5th Element background.

Excellent choice. 👍👍
The little river band was the equivalent to the eagles for Australia and New Zealand in the 70 and 80.👍👍👍
I do remember the song from the radio, but only remembered the "we'll go walking in the park" section. Hearing it now, I better understand the intent and context, as well as the "Night and Day" reference.

Hell yeah been on this jam fam❤
Oh please do Lady by this band... such a beautiful song, my favorite of all time. Love this channel! You all play the best stuff!
Classic Aussie FM music.
Awesome! Great song enjoyed your reaction to it. One recommendation for LRB... It's A Long Way There.
Excellent Australian yacht rock. Also included are Olivia Newton John and Air Supply.
bloke who played flugal horn made me the drummer i am today. Melbourne .
I LOVE this backgroud!!! Y'all are so Groovy!! XOXOX

This song was not just a recording session. It was a PERFORMANCE! Great song.
A bad performance toooooook wimpy
One of my all time favorites, and yes, I'm reminiscing.
Another Yacht Rock anthem. 😁❤️
That's how you do it awesome song awesome reaction 👍
You should listen to “it’s a long way there” by Little River Band. It’s a great song that helped the band emerge into the USA (they’re an Australian band).
Excellent choice for your reaction videos. I think you would also love their song "It's a Long Way There" - hope you get to it.
John Lennon and may pang said this was their song for the short time they were together kind of interesting huh?
Great one! My favorite LRB is Night Owls. Check it out! You'll love it!
LRB IS AMAZING
A wonderful somewhat sophisticated track.
Love is alive.
God bless and Jam on!
Cool Change and Lady are two other excellent songs by them, if you guys haven't already reacted to those.
Silky smooth.
Lennon and Sinatra very highly rate this song.
Enough said.
That was GREAT!!!!
Need to Ck out Lonesome Loser by them.
LRB are a great band. Many great hits, harmonies second to Bee Gees
brilliant
This is the shit! 💯💪🏾
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
No better guitar or vocal harmonies than the original LRB.
Elite.
God is Love.
❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Tops.
What band has 5 part harmonies?
The Eagles
Please listen to the other LRB frontman Mr John Farnham. Version of Reminiscing (Live) Performance. & compare to these one it’s much more lively. Thanks!!! AusieAusieAusieoioioioioi

"Older times we're missing; spending the hours reminiscing..."
Muzak
Just another in a long line of great Australian Bands.
Ahhhh the Wimpy boy top 40 garbage radio sound
Great song of many by LRB, but take off that silly visor. It looks ridiculous and is very distracting. Daffy duckish. Show your pretty hair ❤
It's not a visor, it's a frickin hat. She can wear what she wants and I'm sure she doesn't need your unsolicited opinions about how she dresses/looks. Stay in your own lane and mind your business! You're Shameful!!
You have to listen to"Cool Change" next, please!😉
Beautiful. What else can I say 😉
