@@rhythmantic Hi Sal, I've been enjoying your work for about 6 years now. I am 70 years old, and retired from the Air Force as an Aeronautical Engineer, about 5 years ago. Since i retired i have resumed drumming and learned piano and bass guitar. My formative years were as a teenager in the 60s, which was a fabulous time for music. I learned to play the drums in the school cadet band. Then bought a drum set and joined 3 guitarists covering hits of that era such as Nineteenth Nervous Break Down. We would play at church halls for the local young people. Once i started university i had no spare time and sold my drums. 45 years later after putting everything into family and career, i had some time to do what i enjoy, and so got back into music. I am in 3 bands. For one band i play bass guitar for Rock 'N Roll. In another i play drums for Blues. In the other one I play drums for iconic songs of the 60s & 70s, plus some original songs. I always check first with your channel when I'm learning a new song, in the hope that you have covered it. I am not on facebook. I was intrigued that anyone could write a negative thing about your work, which is top shelf. All i can surmise is that some of the young ones think that a cover should be an exact replica of the original. There are lots of school kids who do good replicas. What i like is your interpretations. Most of the drummers of the classic songs were in their 20s or perhaps early 30s when they made their records. People like Ringo, John Bonham, Keith Moon, Phil Collins, are hard to improve upon. While a lot of the others did a good job, if they lived to be 50 or 60, would probably think of ways they could have done those songs better. And some people think if they put a microphone in front of their kit, the result will sound good to the audience. In one of my bands we are lucky enough to have an IT guy who acts as our sound engineer, and he does good job. It is very time consuming and he has taught me a lot.
Your sound engineering is immaculate. Your choice of technology to achieve this outcome is the result of lots of trial and error on your part, and represents valuable intellectual property. It is generous of you to share this information on your channel with the links showing the technical and purchasing details.
For any young person who aspires to becoming a serious drummer, your channel is a valuable resource. Young people would do well to learn from your resources.

Grazie mille
Que incrível que ficou parabéns ❤
Obrigado!
BRAVO maestro .... ! I had never seen this video . The sticking is SO spot on (which is the KEY to these covers) that even though your version lack the presence of the MASSIVE echoed kit in the original. all of Rogers intensity and subtleties slam through.
I am honored to call you friend !

Wow... Talent ❤️
Exelente ahora solo me falta una bateria jaja
I like the way how the electro drum responds the same way as the natural drum especially when you're holding up the cymbals with your hand.

Yes, edrums have come a long way.
awsome!!!
This is a great cover! You didn’t copy the original drum track like a soulless machine, but rather you put your own spin on it, and when I think of a great drum cover, this is the standard to be set. Well done!
Thank you.
And it's very refreshing to read what you know about doing covers - it's rare. Most of the critiques are comments that come from a place of inexperience and ignorance, some of which can be read below.
